Unfortunately, the administrative and billing sides of this business are completely unacceptable. I cancelled my membership over a month ago, yet they continued to charge my account. When I reached out to customer service, they were entirely unhelpful, refusing to resolve the issue and instead directing me to call various other numbers to fix their mistake myself. Ultimately, I had no choice but to file a dispute through my bank. In response, StretchLab charged me a $25 bank return fee and has spent months harassing me for the balance. The customer service is remarkably incapable, and the business operates with a complete lack of customer-centricity. While the instructors are great, the predatory billing practices and broken administrative support make it impossible to recommend this establishment.

A few other things I appreciate: - They always have life guards, and the staff is friendly. - Shallow water in the majority of the pool area allows kids to learn swimming. - Adult Swim at 45 minutes past every hour gives kids under 12 a break and lets adults swim in peace! - They sell treats (like ice cream) for a dollar. - Plenty of seating and lounging areas, with shady umbrellas. - Free wifi. - The picnic areas, barbecue grills, and cabanas are perfect for birthdays and other parties. Nevertheless, by the end of the two weeks, she was competent in freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke, backstroke and sidestroke! And that has made us parents a lot more comfortable sending her to pool parties. Strongly recommend this if you have a child or adult learning to swim.
