I did not know the owners prior to shopping for a used car there and received no prior recommendations from anyone to consider doing business with them. I bought a used vehicle there last year. The warranty they offered was so unique and strong it really cinched the deal. We paid a fair price for the car. Information and forthrightness were remarkable during the shopping experience. I had two repairs that were needed and covered by their warranty. They performed both quickly and without hesitation. I plan to return there in the future as long as the ownership and policies remain the same. You won't see balloons on cars, inflatables out front and fancy tent sales. You will see average folks who are straight shooters that won't make you feel like your time was wasted and your wallet was picked clean. Ben and the staff at Jay Malone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They picked him up from the airport and drove him the 1.5 hours to the dealership. No games, no bait and switch, the truck was priced more than fairly. The first thing this very honest dealer did was put a 9 page CARFAX report on the table for my husband to read about the truck's history. We do our research anyway beforehand and the truck has an immaculate history. The dealership had the truck detailed to a level where it appeared and smelled brand new. It was a breeze to complete the paperwork (less than an hour). We paid cash in full. The entire staff congratulated him and asked if they could do anything else to make his day easier. My husband was on the road in our new truck, driving back the 1600 miles to Maine! The one star reviews here are confusing as heck - can't imagine this dealership being even remotely bad and we've dealt with some bad ones in the past. Seems like most of the one star reviews here are from people with extremely bad credit and aren't upfront about it.

i had a low oil presser issue and john wise ford installed a new oil pressure switch but that…read moresame week the same issue occurred but stopped for a few a long while and then low oil pressure issue happen again i went in to John Weise ford to get it check out this has be a while now and John wise ford wanted to charge me again to a diagnostic for there possible error for what they repaired , i went else where got it fixed again the presser switch was very loose didn't get tighten when installed cost me about $150 to fix that it wasn't fair for john Weise ford to try and charge me a diagnostic fee for there error

Derek is awesome to work with and recognizes when I bring my truck in and has checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. Was recently in PA and had to stop at a Chevy dealership there and they quoted me a bu ch of repairs that were needed to my truck. Brought it to Schwieters and they found about half of the problems the other dealership did and did a full inspection. I was given a loaner while my truck was in the shop and then I was told on Friday that my truck wouldn't be ready til Monday but I was leaving town early Monday again so the service guys ended up being my hero's for the day because they got everything done by Saturday morning and was ready to go. THANK YOU service dept!!! They were great, I've never had a problem with them and they have taken good care of my truck when I bring it in for service. They are also very communicative before doing any costly repairs so I know what I'm getting in to. I've recommended Schwieters and Derek to a friend who bought their pickup here too and I would recommend it again to anyone. I'm a diehard Bow tie girl anyway but the service here has only solidified why I'm a Chevy girl. Keep it up guys!
