They take time to diagnose, discuss, and apply sensible programs. They keep on the ball by tailor-making the procedures and then "up the stakes" as the client improves. The person's needs and abilities are honored; yet there is also firm and respectful nudging to up his or her efforts. Conor, Joe, and Trish have friendly personalities. Over the years I've gone to many PT providers. These are the best! Dr. Traudt examined my needs and correctly directed me into PT. After that, he cordially keeps in touch with words of advice and support. Dr. Fitzgerald is taking excellent care of my wife, and shares her care with PT Trish. My wife is grateful for receiving great coordinated help. We thoroughly appreciate our relationship with ACPT, and that includes the pleasant and helpful office staff.

Fortunately, David at JK Physical Therapy, possesses all of these great qualities of an excellent physical therapist. David has totally rehabilitated me after my shoulder surgery and even my surgeon was impressed with my PT progress. Furthermore, David gave me pointers and recommendations to manage (and now resolve) back and knee pain issues. I am proud to state that I am now totally pain free (first time in years!) and am able to begin an exercise/weight lifting regime under David's supervision and guidance. So I am certainly not going to speak poorly about General Orthopedics as a whole. The women who…read morehandle reception are wonderful, courteous, kind, and thorough. Will Smith is amazing. Professional, kind, super chill, and very knowledgable. My only complaint is Art Smuckler. Now as far as his skill level, craft of the orthotics, and his knowledge and thoroughness with orthotics, feet, and the over all body mechanic knowledge he's fantastic. BUT, and it's a big but, his bedside manner is atrocious. I first saw Art for my orthotic fitting. Typical old school guy. Big ego. Talks a lot about himself and how he works with "the best athletes in the world" and the "highest level NBA teams." OK fine. I've dealt with big egos before. Prior to my 1st fitting (after meeting Art and my initial consult), reception messaged and said that the sneakers Art wanted me to buy from the office were no longer available in the color that I wanted. The women I spoke to suggested that I choose another style or purchase sneakers of my own in 2 sizes: 1/2 size bigger and a full size bigger, just to be sure. I purchased my own sneakers as instructed and waited in the room for Art. When Art came in he was very upset that I purchased my own shoes. I told him what had happened, but he didn't care. We continued with the fitting and he would not let it go. He completely lost it when I told him that I wasn't fond of the selection at the office which is why I purchased my own sneakers. He screamed at me. He got very close in my face and he was screaming at me saying: "You don't know who you're dealing with Honey!" "I'm the most sought after person in my field and I work with the most famous sportsman in the world!" At a certain point I was scared. I'm a smaller framed woman and he was looming over me yelling at me and pointing at me in my face. He threw one of the sneakers that I purchased across the room into the shoe box. I told him that he was being very unprofessional and that I did not want to deal with him any longer. At that point I demanded that he get Will Smith to finish my appointment. I had spent over $600 for the orthotics. I wasn't going to waste it. Will Smith came in and apologized for Art's behavior. Will also said that it was totally fine that I brought in my own sneakers. He approved of the brand and made his own suggestions. I will be going back only because of Will. The entire practice is great except for Art and his extremely large ego. As a woman, I do not feel safe with Art. He's very nasty and takes the slightest thing personal. I give General Orthotics a 4 because over all everyone is lovely. Art Smuckler, not so much.

I suffer severe neck and back muscle stiffness, the deep tissue massage completely eliminates the problem. she is very good to her clients if you're in any kind of pain all you have to do is call and Judy finds a way to fit you in that doesn't happen any place else. Always smiling, always giving you his full attention. When he is super busy he has a helper that does a great job too. He also has lots of toys to help address your chiropractic needs. He has clearly done a lot of research to make sure he has the latest and greatest options. He does the "old school" treatments but has lots of new tricks up his sleeve. The massage chair he has might be worth the trip alone! I have been to many different chiropractors and Dr. Guerra is a favorite. Give him a shot.
