That said, I saw AFI, in all of their venerable East Bay hardcore sXe glory, in the 909 and was wholly delighted by the abundance of cheap and well-organized parking as well as the affable and efficient security officers. The venue was clean and well-kept and the space was not -too-big, not-too-small, affording me the opportunity to use my kung fu to get all the way up front and be one of the select few to support Davey Havok's knees when he crawled out onto the crowd to sing, and I could hear him perfectly because the sound levels in the joint were Just Right. KEVIN HART!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I came to Coussoulis Arena to see Kevin Hart perform. It was one of the best events that I have ever gone to and I've probably never laughed that hard in my entire life. The seats were amazing and the Arena had a ton of seats. The prices for the food and drink also seemed pretty reasonable for this kind of event. Noooooow on to the bad. First off, when we parked the parking attendant told us that the arena was in one direction and we saw everyone else going in another direction. Luckily, we followed all the others and were directed to the arena. Then, the line for checking tickets and security was horrendous. Not everyone got in until around 8:30 and Kevin Hart started performing at around 8:15 with the show time starting at 8:00. So a few people missed some of the show, including me. AND THEEEEN, when me and my brother were finally seated, our tickets were checked 4 times. 4 TIMES!!! It really took the wind out of the show and I was distracted for at least 5 minutes because of it. So overall, the arena had great space, good atmosphere and the show was awesome, but it was disorganized, slow and kind of annoying. Disclaimer: I got my tickets off craigslist and they may have been fake, which is why they were checked so much, but they looked real and we saw the whole show so extra point for them there. We enjoyed the Japanese heritage section before the game and received Jerseys as well as an Angels and Ducks blanket. There were Japanese food trucks in the area as well as other giveaways and exhibits. Seats were in the Japanese heritage area, section 101, so in left field just past the foul pole. Good Seats with a pretty good view of the field. Lots of food options, prices are stadium level, but not horribly high. We will return.

I just want to thank the entire crew at Angel Stadium for their kindness and helpfulness each year I've purchased partial season tickets ( a full season is just too many games for me). Everyone from the parking staff to the vendors and ushers. You've been incredible to both my wife and myself (plus my guests when my better half was too busy to go with me). I'm not sure if I'll renew next season since ownership is changing and I don't know how drastically ticket and parking prices will change once the team officially changes hands. Considering how poorly the team has been playing, I hope they don't try to milk us for a price increase when/until the team performs better. I didn't bail out on the Angels after Shohei left even though "Moron-O" didn't try very hard to keep him or trade him and get some value out of losing the best player in baseball right now because I have other players I have grown fond of and wanted to keep supporting the team. I hope new ownership will respect those of us who have kept supporting the ANGELS and not turn this into a cash grab. I'd hate to call it quits because new owners want to recoup their investment even though they haven't done anything yet. That would be a deal killer for me. The workers at Dodger Stadium are alright but not as well versed in customer relations as the workers here in Anaheim, especially assisting ADA patrons. It was a blessing not having to wait behind an insane number of Disney fans only here for the bobblehead. Saw a gold one being sold on Ebay for $250 even 1 hour before the game started l. One lady in a scooter tried to bring 6 people with her in the disabled line trying to get the bobbleheads early but she was told she could only bring in a helper, not her entourage! They had to wait in line. People at Disneyland tried to pull that stunt too until they finally shut that down there.

We paid $13 with the senior discount they gave us but that is still $5 more than the reviewer paid 7 months earlier.The preferred parking was $20 so basically the prices doubled from what they were 7 months before. One thing they should do is remove some of the preferred parking spots and repurpose them as additional disabled parking because there aren't enough disabled parking spots. I know there is a certain formula used to determine how many disabled spots a business or government entity must set aside per how many overall spots in the lot. That said adding some more tho not required would certainly have disabled people look at the company in a more positive light. We had to park near the main driveway entrance/exit then walk to the last field entrance to pay. From there we had to walk to the furthest field where our grandson was playing. My wife and I both use walkers and it was an especially difficult walk for me. Tho there would be no guarantee we'd find an empty added disabled spot there was a chance we would have. I understand it's all about the bottom line but companies need to think about the people who come to their facility and pay the money to enter and buy the food and drinks. If they didn't come those companies would go out of business.

And I literally saw the bartender pouring Hennessy shots and continuing to serve them--they were never cut off. Why the f*** is this happening at a Perfect Game tournament?! And then it got worse... We walked into the women's bathroom and there was a grown man in a stall with a woman--her panties down to her ankles. This is a youth event. Kids are walking in and out of these spaces. What if little girls had walked into that bathroom?! There was no separation. No control. No supervision. On top of that, families traveled, kids barely slept, and the next morning the games were canceled because no one was even attending to the fields. I'm low key embarrassed for the teams that came from out of state to experience this. This isn't just unprofessional--it's unsafe and completely unacceptable.

The minor league baseball team for the Anaheim Angels, the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, took on the minor league team for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Over 80 family members and friends joined me, and we all had a BLAST!! We ate/drank, laughed, watched an entertaining baseball game, caught a couple of foul balls, took pics with the ballplayers and the team mascots, and truly enjoyed our time together. The venue is such an awesome stadium: every seat has a great view of the field, the seats are comfortable, and the restrooms and snack bars are conveniently located. Admission tickets are $15.00 per ticket, and parking is only $6.00 per vehicle. Thank you to Matthew Marquez (Quakes Group Sales Manager) for handling every single detail of our group's visit. Matt was very professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure that every single person in our group enjoyed their visit to this ballpark. However, the culture of the staff is absolutely different in a bad way. Typically, giveaways with the 66ers in San Bernardino were plentiful and joyous. Not here! I arrived for a Rancho Jersey giveaway and the staff stopped passing out jerseys after a few minutes after the gates opened. There were loads of fans who didn't receive a giveaway item. Meanwhile, staff stored boxes of jerseys away, I saw a dude take some to the back! What?! I absolutely hate when staff store things for themselves. It felt more like a slap in the face when they started distributing tons of rally towels instead of the jerseys. This was planned, this team's front office are cheap penny-pinchers. I arrived early before the game, I know how these events work. This was one of the worst sporting experiences I've encountered. Staff were standoffish and condescending when we asked them what their deal was? I was polite and professional, I don't like these Rancho Karens one bit. At this point, this is a betrayal to the Angels brand. I never have this happen at a major league game. Yes, I know resources vary but this is rude customer service. Only Tremor and Aftershock were chill, this team needs to cool it. I won't be coming here till people fix this mess. PS: Hey Quakes, you had all this time to revamp your merch and we're still selling Dodger blue memorabilia? What the what?! Lame.
