Veggie Bianco. | Garlic wine sauce, vegetables, mozzarella, provolone, and reggiano parmigiano.

Many options peppered throughout OC, Albertino's remain to be a classic and go-to for many families. Arriving at opening and over the course of time during our meal, the amount customers increased. It was telling seeing patrons greeting servers on a first name basis and with open arms. Bright space where time stands still... that's Albertino's in OC. For our visit we tried the calamari and mozzarella appetizers, and for the mains, The Albertino and veggie bianco pies. A true wood fired brick oven crust is charred and toasty, nothing gummy or limpy. The pies were generous in toppings and size, so delicious. Plenty to take home! Ms. Randy was our server and she was as sweet as can be! Attentive from start to finish, she made sure our table was cared for as everything came out to our liking. Albertino's serves up delicious pies and more! I'm looking forward to my return to try out their pile high pastas.

Again another great meal and service. Only got one picture. We had pasta w/meatballs and sausage, chicken and artichoke, and veal marsala.

I've been coming here a long time. I always get the same thing: Antipasto salad. It's usually packed with meat. This is pathetic for $20+. It's never looked like this.

Came into town with our friends for the holiday weekend. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon and wasn't that crowded. The service was friendly and fast. We sat down and ordered a pizza and calamari for appetizers and couple of pasta dishes. The portions were large but the prices weren't cheap so there is that. The pizza was good. Not the best, but I enjoyed it. The calamari was overcooked though. As for the pasta dishes, we had the seafood fra diavolo and the pasta in vodka sauce. I enjoyed the vodka sauce much better as the diavolo seemed a bit watered down. Both dishes were good but a little tweak here and there would have made a big difference. Anyway, we enjoyed our dinner there and by the time we left, the place was packed so we came at the right time.

First time here. Got the auce for 16.95. The pizza was very good. The sauce was a bit on the sweet side but good. The French onion soup could have used a bit more cheese but still very good. The penne was good and the bolognese sauce was very good.

Stopped by here on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away and had the most amazing staff help us. We got the margaritas pizza and a sangria and loved it! The pizza is fresh, and delicious. Would definitely recommend it.

First time back at albertino's in a long time. They seem to have finally emerged from their pandemic-era slump. The pizza was terrific with a nice chewy crust and good flavorful toppings, served piping hot. Service was good too. Only nitpick was our pizza wasn't sliced all the way through, and because of the chewy crust it was pretty tricky to separate the slices with my butter knife. They surely have a sharp pizza slicer back in the kitchen, wish they had put a little more muscle into it. Also the little stand it's served with is useless, and we almost lost the whole thing when it nearly tipped over as we tried to cut our slices. Just cut the pizza all the way through and put it on the table so we can eat it, because it's really good pizza.

We did carry out. This was our first and last time here despite just buying a condo so close to this restaurant. Poor customer service. No "hello", "good night", "have a good weekend", etc. Just asked my name, told me the total, gave me the bill and walked away. it wasn't even busy on this cold January weekend. As others have said the prices are high. $16 for an appetizer of mozzarella sticks? No thank you. Pizza was average for wood fire. If you don't like sauce you'll love this pizza.

There are a ton of Italian restaurants in Delaware and Ocean City MD but in the off-season this place was really busy with what appeared to be regulars. Service was good. The food was very good and a great list of specials to draw customers in on a cold off-season evening.

We highly recommend this place. The pepperoni pizza was perfectly cooked, lots of pepperoni and the perfect amount of cheese. One of the best brick oven pizzas in the area. The house sangria was delicious and I highly recommend it. We received our pizza in a timely manner and all the staff were very welcoming. It was our first visit and we will be back. The food came out quickly, the waiter was very attentive.

Good sized bar, full service, TV's (NHL Playoffs were on) Staff were great. Side note, whomever was in charge of the playlist knew his or her assignment- well done. Very much an old Italian restaurant feel. Staff was extremely nice and attentive. And heads up the meal will arrive quickly. So do what we did. Order a drink and an appetizer then main course when ready. Portions are very generous. We had ample leftovers- see the pictures- for dinner tomorrow when we get back home.and the pricing were reasonable. The bread is crispy, fresh and warm. So to the food. All the portions are large. Calamari as an appetizer- ohhhh So good. Very light and crispy, not dense or big clumps of calamari. Sauce was spot on. Slight pepper taste to it. They had a special tonight- ossobuco (pork shank) tomato sauce and gnocchi which the mrs had- and so did four others near us. The pork was so tender and fell off the bone, very very good. I was highly encouraged to have the chicken parm. Not sure how the hell they found a chicken that big for the portion I received. Outstanding. Lightly breaded, juicy, very nice sauce and goobs of cheesy goodness.. how any human could eat this in one sitting is beyond me. We have amble leftovers for tomorrow. Mrs got cannolis to go. Pizza made on the spot.. we will be back and this spot is highly recommended.. I found the prices reasonable and better than other offerings in the area. They close at 9 so keep that in mind..

The Greek salad and Margherita pizza is our go to, but we have had their cheesesteak subs, lasagna, and their various assortments of desserts. Ripieno's special-brew chai iced tea is something else that has always kept us coming back. That is until today. While the pizza and salad were still very good, they weren't as outstanding as they have been in the past. Customer service is not the same as it once was. When we ordered the chai tea, this evening, no orange and lemon slices were offered. As we were dining outside, I walked in to ask if they had orange and lemon slices for the iced-tea available. The cashier first seemed as though he didn't see me, and then when i caught his attention and asked about the slices of orange and lemon for the tea, he looked at me as if he didn't not know what I was talking about. I looked at the girl behind the counter that walked over with the salad dressing that had not been delivered with our salads and asked her about the fruit. She looked confused as well and said they didn't have any. The iced-tea on its own is very good, but the slices of orange and lemon really make it great! Back to the food...when our pizza was brought to the table, the gentleman that delivered it, (I think he may have been attending the wood-fire oven) threw our paper plates on the table. Next came the Greek salads. We were short two sets of silverware which was noticed by the second server. She said she would return with silverware, but didn't. So, I went back inside and asked for the two sets of silverware we needed. I was asked if I wanted plastic. I responded that I would prefer metal silverware. The girl disappeared and returned several minutes later with the silverware. I realize it is the busy season, but the restaurant was not busy. We've been during the busy season and in the off season and have always had wonderful experiences. I am truly hoping that this was a one-time thing, and that Ripieno's will return to the same familiar place we used to love to go.

We ended dinner by splitting the cheesecake ($12) that included chocolate chips and a small cannoli on top. We got seated at a nice table, had an attentive server, and placed our orders. My daughter thought it was just okay, but compared to what followed, it was fine. They even give you a nice-size house salad for the table to share. I was actually pretty pleased here... up to that point. Then the entrees came and all four were plain dreadful. Anything with red sauce was painful to eat. Thick and pasty, like someone dumped out a can of tomato paste, then did nothing else to it. Meat sauce, eggplant Parm, mussels in sauce... all had us cringing and just eating enough to have some sustenance so we could proceed with the rest of our evening. My daughter's scampi was also sickening to eat. The tang, the garlic... it was like random amounts of ingredients were tossed together without any love, tasting, or adjusting by a chef. I believe this location is closing soon and the family is moving elsewhere. Maybe they once cared and don't anymore. If you have any sense of moderately decent Italian food, I suggest avoiding this place. Just have another night of boardwalk food.
