Ordered pick up on line. Food was ready when we arrived. Turkey club sandwich was very large and tasty. Fries were the coated Sysco variety. Slices of pizza were very large. Unfortunately, they were undercooked and the sauce is overly sweet. There are better local options for pizza but the club sandwich is very good. read more

Always liked this place. Recently ordered takeout. While the eggplant dinner was great the fried calamari was terrible. Looked like it was fried several times and tasted awful. I called that night and the young person said there is nothing he can do. I asked for the manager he put me on hold came back on and said no manager here today. I called back during the week and again was told no manager available. I did expect a refund or credit. $12.99 in the garage. I feel the place is going down hill with no customer service. Upon receiving my order my Crispy Chicken Wrap, as labeled on the menu, was delivered with Buffalo Sauce. I had selected no condiment/sauce. I called the restaurant to say that I had requested no condiment hence no buffalo sauce , the woman stated that didn't matter since it is a buffalo chicken wrap. No, it is not since it is not labeled as such. I was told that they could make me a new one and I could come get it. I said that i would just prefer to be refunded. The woman said fine and then preceded to hang up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional for a business that is in the world of customer service. Ordered pizza and the first bite said something was wrong. The crust was chewy and not well done inside. The following day. I return with a slice and showed the manager the dough. He agreed and said he would have to pass that message on to the cook. There was no offer to return my money or to offer me a gift certificate. It was excellent! I ordered a "slice" of pizza, but I didn't hear the cashier when he said the price before ordering it so, when I ordered it and added 2 toppings, it took me aback (a few minutes later) that it was $5 or so. When it came out, I was NOT disappointed. The only reason I quote slice is that it was more like a personal pan, and it was VERY filling and took a while to finish; I didn't want the pizza to go. The atmosphere was quiet, a few customers, and rather clean as well. The employees were very friendly as well; when it comes to what I said about the cashier at the top, I'll just said the "not hearing" had nothing to do with verbal communication ;-) . We ordered carry out last night from Paradise. There was a tuna sub which was very generous and tasty. We ordered two cheese ravioli dinners. The salads were good and fresh. The garlic bread was also good. The only problem was that they came with meat balls. This was not stated in their online menu. We had to bring the dinners back and were given plain cheese ravioli dinners in return. The food is very good and nice staff. We will be back. read more

Last year I ordered pizza, it was definitely Sysco frozen crust the whole bottom had holes all in it. 4 of us. Couldn't eat. Today I ordered a cheeseateak. The guy asked fries and a soda? I said no thankyou. They sent a menu with a special $9.99 sub soda and fries. Maybe he should have mentioned that. Sub sucked. No toasted roll fell apart on me. First of all the people working there were very nice so this is no reflection on them. This has to be the worst fries and pizza I've had in a very very long time. The french fries were very clearly made in oil that had cooked burnt items. The french fries tasted fake and burnt. I did not taste any potato or anything like a french fry It was just a burnt item that tasted horrible. As for the pizza I was actually assuming that square meant Sicilian. Unfortunately, square just meant a different sized and shaped pizza. The ingredients were thinly spread across the square. The dough was virtually tasteless but even worse it tasted kind of like cardboard. I always laugh when people say that but now I truly know what they mean. Only it tastes like somebody tried to spread some tomato paste and garlic powder on top of it. Cheesesteak are great plenty of flavor. One day I got the turkey platter came with sliced turkey on bread with gravy and a side salad. It was delicious. Then ordered same thing 2 other times it just was NOT good No Flavor. You ask why reorder it.... Ok they got a new cook so let me try again.... Nope still NOT GOOD. There pizza are pretty good. Got the cheeseburger sub for my husband he said it also had NO flavor... Conclusion.... Guess it's just hit or miss.. good luck I usually get food delivered to work. Food comes hot, not a long wait. This place is your pretty standard pizzeria takeout. They delivered exactly when they said they would and the food was done well. My companions and I got a good variety - mostly wraps and salads, which were large and pretty decent. We all split a side of fried pickles 'cause they're delicious. After trying to decide between the medium or large stromboli, I went conservative and ordered the medium. Glad I did - holy pizza box, Batman! This thing was humongous! Have I had better? Sure, but this was plentiful enough for me to make it into two meals and it was tasty enough to get the job done. Think college town pizzeria. Have had this multiple times (having only ordered cheese pizzas) and I can see the appeal within the first try but after that you begin to realize it isn't worth it. Delicious!! We get a variety and it's all really good.. The app platter is always a big hit. Fried pickles, mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks, onion rings ect, Outstanding! The cheese-steak wrap is on target, loaded with steak, really good! The lg Paradise Stromboli is huge and delicious! The meatball parm sub is killer! Meatballs are a little plain not spicy. What Paradise lacks in fancy decor it more than makes up in the quality of the food. The pizza is great and cooked just the way it should be and the way I ordered it. I've tried a couple of different varieties and they all came out great. I've also tried the BLT and BLT Club and both sandwiches were very tasty. The staff is always friendly. There is a small sit-down area. Nothing fancy but if you want to stop by to meet friends and have a decent lunch, this is the place. Of course, in the era of COVID-19, they don't do inside service but the carryout and delivery are tops and the online ordering is easy peasy. I will never order here again. I ordered the Fried seafood platter and it the worse I have ever seen. Fried flounder was a big fish stick , crab cake wasn't a crab cake,and the shrimp was hard to where you couldn't eat them. Was given a gift certificate here so we ordered pizza as quick solution after a long day. Was ready in about 15 minutes, right on time. Greek salad was basic but fresh and good. I've ordered here with the family twice in the last few days. The food is very reasonably priced and you get a good portion. The garlic knots could use a little more garlic on them, but they're still very good dipped in the marinara sauce. The brown gravy for the gravy fries is some of the best I've ever had. The cheese ravioli is very good and comes with meatballs which my family has enjoyed. The Mediterranean salad comes with gyro meat and my mom says "it takes her back to the carts in NYC". 1 1/2 stars is generous customer service wise. Placed a carry out order for meat loaf and a meatball sub. Only to discover at home an order of unasked for lasagna and no meatloaf. Called to tell them of their mistake and was offered the meatloaf to be delivered under the condition that I RETURNED the lasagna! WHAT? I've never, in my 54 years heard of such a ridiculous policy. Oh and for a 45 minute wait....for an 8 minute drive. It's a shame really as the meatball sub was pretty good. So much for supporting new local Ocean Pines businesses.
