Alberto's quote was very reasonable...much lower then all the others we got and this was at no sacrifice to quality. Him and his crew were great...they were professional, polite and paid close attention to detail. When they finished the job they made sure that we were completely satisfied. Alberto was extremely flexible when it came to scheduling the job. We requested that the work be done in two parts so that it would make it easier on ourselves to organize and manage. This was no probelm. He brought in several guys who were very focused. They worked hard paying close attention to detail and were in and out in a short amount of time which made it convenient for us. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything and left no mess. Alberto was also very helpful with assiting us in picking out colors that went well with our style and furniture. He has a great eye for what colors pop and blend together nicely and also for what colors don't mix well. Overall, I highly recommend this company! I hired Paul's Professional Painting last summer to repaint my home (color change). The house needed a bit of carpentry work as well (a little trim rot, etc.). I got three quotes for the job, Alberto's quote was not only the lowest, but he was also by far the easiest to deal with, and he didn't even have my money yet! Him and his crew showed up to start the job even earlier than agreed upon in the contract since they had a break in their schedule. His crew was super polite and they cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Alberto and his crew have excellent attention to detail. They offered to paint my foundation (something I had never even thought about) because they thought it would help the new house paint color "pop" a bit more. They were right. And they even found pieces of trim to paint on my porch that I hadn't even noticed before. Now, get this. After the job was finished and Alberto and his crew were paid in full, I get a call from Alberto. It turns out I misread the quote and OVERPAID by $600. Paul's Professional Painting = superior quality and courtesy! Alberto's crew painted our dining room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and upstairs/downstairs hallway. They patched and sanded old nail holes, rough spots left by the plasterers, and ding marks made by our children over the years. The quality of their work was superior, their courtesy and cleanliness was impressive, and Alberto's patience with our color choices (and second choices) was unbelievable. Almost every color that my husband and I painstakingly chose was, to our surprise, a hit the first time around. Alberto and his fantastic foreman, George, could tell instantly by my reaction that I loved the color of each newly painted room.....until we got to the dining room. I am so happy! Alberto and his crew did a fantastic job inside my home. I was a little bothered when he told me I had to use Benjamin Moore paint, but he was so right! I know because I argued and said I already had the paint for one of the rooms and that I was not willing to change that. However, I gave him the colors I wanted for the other rooms and he had them matched to B.Moore paints and WOW, what a difference. I'm sorry I didn't heed his warning. In addition to doing a beautiful job, the crew worked quickly and quietly. I work from home so this was much appreciated. The estimated time for the job was 4 days and they finished in 3...when does that happen?!? I received a handful of bids for the job and while Paul's Professional Painting wasn't the cheapest bid, it was definitely the best value. Alberto pointed out small things that should be corrected and agreed to include those in the original bid. I received three quotes before choosing Alberto's Painting. They were the best price and by a long shot in some cases. I was concerned because I did see three reviews on Yelp that were not good, but appeared to be strange because every other platform had ranked them 5 stars. I spoke with Alberto about these reviews and he assured me that they were fake reviews and they were not people he had work for. Alberto was very responsive during the process and the crew worked so hard on some walls and ceiling that were in some rough shape. They were here early in the morning and worked late to get the job done early. One of the things I appreciated so much was how respectful all of the members of the crew were - they were so nice. I have known Alberto from his start in 1997. He stripped my whole house of 40 years of old wallpaper, repaired the walls and ceilings and then painted the whole thing in 3 days! the next day we decided we hated one of the colors and he came right back and made a suggestion on a new color and it looks great. Last summer he did the same thing for a my parents house I was selling. He even suggested we give a quick coat to the dark and dirty basement to freshen it up. The house sold in one day. You could not have asked for a more pleasant and accommodating person to deal with even when we changed one of the accent colors after the first coat was painted. His crew worked tireless for two weeks and we could not be happier with the results. Anyone can put paint on the true value of the results is in the preparation.
