The Starbucks in this location is the only Starbucks I'll go to. Drinks are made consistently, and Isaiah, Keeley, and Alana are always so kind and personable. Additionally, the renovations are improving the actual store itself and it seems to be becoming cleaner and more upscale as they continue the work. read more

From the first time I stepped into the store I felt welcomed by Teresa who had a shopping cart sterilized and offered to me. Her disposition is pleasant. I also appreciated not feeling watched like I was going to shoplift; but seein in a proper way. Richie noticed that I was looking for an item and asked if I was looking for something. He was very helpful! My checkout was efficient. This is the first time in a long time I had this experience in a grocery store. The store is clean and had all my items in stock. When I loaded my car Richie was there to take my cart. I hope those in management treat them well and reward them. read more

I used to come to the Starbucks at this Albertsons ALL THE TIME, but not anymore. There's a new girl and new guy there now. When you walk up the look on their face and in their eyes is like "really...do you really need to bother me?" They both are so unfriendly and I've honestly never seen them smile. She has even told me to wait for a few minutes while she was washing things in sink. I've managed restaurants and what you do is stop your chores to wait on your customer. Called customer service! I'm just shocked management has never noticed their unfriendliness. Even when you directly hand them a tip. So I'm moving on from your anti-customer Starbucks. Coming here they have almost all of what I need with decent prices. Produce is fresh and always stocked up. The store is clean and not overcrowding. Almost all employees are friendly but one. Would've given 5 stars if not for that one employee. I don't like to throw the racist card but unfortunately have to. There was a gentleman at the checkout area that made me feel degrading as a human being. There was a line and I had less than 15 items for checkout. This worker saw the busy line and decided to help the cashier out to alleviate the line. He took one look at me up and down and decided not to open up a lane and tried to wait till the belt was free enough for me to put my items to purchase down, but since it seemed he had no choice he called the people in line. Granted I didn't put my items on the belt yet he helped everyone behind me but refused to check me out. He gave me a disgusted glare and at first I was confused but realized that it was due to my ethnicity. Thank goodness my daughter wasn't old enough to get the hints but my adult son noticed right away with his behavior. I have never felt so horrible in my life. I'm not a confrontational person in any way and just kept my mouth shut while the kind lady cashier checked me out. That gentleman employee really needs proper training on how to treat everyone equally. He made me feel horrible and I decide to never come back again. I have never disrespected anyone and treat others on how I would like to be treated. I would hope no one gets that type of treatment ever. read more

I shop at this Albertsons occasionally and haven't been in this store in over a month. Yesterday the prices across the board have SKYROCKETED!! All apples were $2.99 a pound....saltine crackers were $4.49 a box with only one name brand available. These are just two examples. After shopping here I comparison price checked my purchases at Walmart and Winco.....pricing at Albertsons is generally double the price or more than the other 2 store chains!! We as consumers really need to pay attention and change buying habits to stop supporting price gouging .... don't keep going to the same store out of habit. Inflation is already outrageous enough without supporting runaway greed by this store chain read more

I'm both happy and disappointed with this Albertson's trip. I'm super happy that it's gotten this recent facelift. I still get a little confused with where things are but that is just me needing to pay more attention. They are still expensive (Kroger is similar but gets me gas points and my go to US Aldi) but at least they look more the part now. I LOVE that Starbucks has opened but they need to do some retraining. My cup was missing a third of its coffee and at over $4 a cup that made me very sad. Please don't ever move the flowers from the front. I love walking in and immediately getting hit with that smell!! read more

ZERO STARS I encountered a couple shopping without their masks on and politely asked them to put their masks on because I am pregnant. They laughed and walked by, while at the checkout they were talking to Greg (complaining about me) he proceeded to say they did not to have to wear their mask while shopping and that people get too worked up about it while taking off his to talk as well. I could hear because I was in the line next to them. I've been shopping here for over 20 years, I'll never set foot in an Albertsons store again. There was about 3 more customers on my way out who weren't wearing masks as well. Thank you for making my shopping experience unsafe for not only me, my child and others around me. There is no reason to have a sign that mandates masks if you don't enforce the policy which is a STATE ORDER. read more

Needed some odds and ends for the hotel room, so stopped in here. Albertsons has left Abilene, but is still everywhere else. I thought this store was extremely clean and nice. Several employees helped me find things fast. Of course, a great selection of everything. Plenty of checkers to get me out fast. For a grocery store, I was impressed. read more

Today, a huge hail storm blew through Corinth, TX. I was at this Albertsons when the storm hit and it was bad. People were waiting with their carts near the entrance trying to wait out the storm, others were attempting to run to their cars. I didn't get his name in all the chaos, but a very kind courtesy clerk offered to load our groceries if we wanted to go get our cars and pull up to the building. I would've been soaked unloading all the groceries I had if he hadn't stepped in to help. He helped many others after me. I really appreciated his dedication to the customers and his efforts turned a stressful situation into an easy one. Exceptional customer service from this young man! read more

I came in around 6:30 on Saturday evening to buy groceries for Thanksgiving dinner, and there were no cashiers once so ever. I had to self check-out over 200 dollars worth of food. I had to bag it all myself and there was no one there to help, and no one offerred to help either. This is not our first time in, but it was an overall stressful and disappointing experience. read more

I went here yesterday to do my grocery shopping. Brought home a beef bottom round roast. It was on sale for $2.99 lb. Now I know why it was on sale. It probably had 2lbs of fat on the back of it. THIS IS REGARDING THE ONE PHARMACIST working at this store's Pharmacy: It would be less than 1 star if possible; although, the one lady that works with the African Am Pharmacist is its only saving grace and I feel for her. The Pharmacist (African Am Lady) is absolutely HORRIBLE. I've dealt with her for years and she always goes out of her way to act judgmental regarding the Rx MY DOCTOR has me on and has for years - I've walked away so many times after she's "lectured" me and acted like I was getting my Rx illegally somehow. I know this happens and I know we have a problem in our country - but I have been getting the same thing for years, my sleep med, 1 drug, others are thyroid and Zoloft - nothing "sellable" - "addictable" etc. Today my fiancé experienced the same treatment - having just moved here with me from Irving (7 months now) for this woman to laugh in her face (literally) and tell her she has to get them sent Escript now.... she just got them filled from her doctor of over 10 years yesterday - then this woman has the audacity to tell her/accuse her of changing something on the paper script. We have proof they have not been changed and we have the doctor's backing that he just wrote them yesterday. I'm sick and tired of this woman getting away making people feel bad while she plays Doctor God - something needs to change. read more

I truly enjoy going into this Albertson's. The food selection and quality are amazing. The prices can be a little expensive compared to Walmart but with the sales, specials and clearance it is worth it. They also do buy one get one free meats which are so worth it. They have an in store made granola which is amazing! The staff at check out are great. They are friendly and always have great convos with you while you check out. The only thing is that some of the floor staff are young, carry on personal convos and don't help you unless you ask. Also the deli staff are the same way. They are nice once you get their attention. I wish the deli was open longer though to get dinner because the food there isn't bad. Parking is decent just getting there can be a challenge with all the construction on Swisher at the moment. Once it is done it'll be fine getting in and out. Overall not bad at all. I like the store and the prices. Check them out. read more

I've been coming here for 10 years. My only real negative is they sometimes only have 2 cashiers working during peak hours, and then they have to scramble to get more cashiers. With that said, I love the new additions and renovations they've made in the last couple of years, including the sushi bar. Also, I'm always pleased with the quality of their produce. I agree with other reviewers that their regular prices are a little high, but their sales are amazing. I appreciate the responsiveness and quickness of the pharmacy. I can drop off a prescription, do some quick shopping, and pick it back up before I go. read more

This place tries very hard I think to provide good product and a good atmosphere. But they try too hard in some cases; focus too much energy in unnecessary areas and not enough in others. I like shopping here a lot. It is more convenient than across the street at wally world and they tend to have fresher and higher quality product than across the street. But the pricing and myriad of stickers and multiple quantity discounts causes confusion and seems too gimmicky. Every item in the store has multiple prices on them and there are so many numbers you can't think. Just put a fair price on stuff and be as consistent as possible. In addition to that you must deal with the manager's overhead intercom reminders to donate, the young man stopping and asking you in the isle if you want to donate, then the teller asking you again if you want to donate and finally the credit card pin pad if you want to donate to such and such. It may not look like it, but I haven't had a job in 2 months and am trying to feed myself on a budget and in addition to that I don't appreciate the constant bombardment each trip for donations, nor the look I get for not offer one of my precious few dollars in order to shop here. I'm very generous when I can be and will be again in the future, but right now I cannot and it's almost enough to avoid and shop elsewhere. When you finally get to and half way through one of the two narrow checkouts, you get a pricing education or lecture after each item is scanned about if you go get another, it is half price of if you grab 3 more they're free.... I don't want to give up any discount but what, do I say standby and leave, squeeze past everyone in line and make them wait or do I look like an un appreciate fool for saying I don't need it, or do I take the item out of the check out and inconvenience the stock crew. Getting a good price shouldn't be that complicated. I already have to spend more time than I should to check out through one of the 2 open lanes, and then once in front of my basket with now a line of 2-3 other people behind me I get a lecture per item scanned that if I had gabbed this or that it would be free or a saving. This whole exercise with each customer shows you there is something inherently wrong with the pricing strategy and that most people are not getting best pricing. This pricing strategy and labeling is much simpler across the street. There is a bagger at the few open registers as well which can be a nice convenience but if those two people were running additional checkouts, everyone would get through quicker. I mean, the cashier is picking up each items from the belt and tossing it 2 feet to a bagger. He/she could as easily place in a bag with care or I could do it myself. Which brings me to my biggest irritant. I can't self checkout and understand and appreciate the model of service here over wally world. But I have to wait in line because there aren't enough lanes open and deal with the scowls for not giving to charity each trip, then the missed savings conversations between cashier and bagger only to have each and every item I purchase "thrown" from one counter to another before it is bagged. I know it's just groceries, but I spend 100-200 a trip minimum and I don't want everything I'm spending my money on to be broken, another 50% of every chip broken, half of my individually packaged frozen chimichangas busted in half, the internal seals blow out on my sour cream tubs and the seal of chemicals I put in the car compromised from the throwing of my items across the counter. You should have seen the people behind me facial expressions as they watched my stuff being handled today. Jessica today was the worst and they don't treat you and your now belongings with any respect. Quality of a lot of items, store layout and atmosphere here is better than the two local competitors. Ease of navigating the store, consistently better pricing without the circus, respect from staff and efficiency are better across the street. I really don't find enough benefit here to offset the inconveniences. read more
