Check out their seasoning as they offer a few that you don't see anywhere else. The employees are friendly and upon check out you should bring your own grocery bags or they charge you. Also, on your receipt is a QR code you can use to sign up for their rewards. Give them some business and enjoy your shopping experience.

My order was delivered elsewhere. Right apartment number, wrong street address. When I contacted customer service they asked me if I could go and get it. If I were going to go out to get my groceries, I wouldn't have ordered them for delivery! And at the point I saw the email that they had been incorrectly delivered, all the meat I had ordered would have been sitting in the Texas summer heat for a half hour, if they were even still there! I don't do delivery very often but it hasn't been a problem in the past, and now they want to make it my responsibility to go on a search and rescue for wayward groceries?! No. Now I am having a hard time with their customer service over a refund, because it "was delivered". Doesn't matter that it was delivered to someone else and I have to run to Kroger in order to make dinner. Other Tom Thumbs in the metroplex are 10 times better than this location.
