I love my neighborhood Albertsons. The clerks are friendly and tend to get to know you as a local in the area. Sometimes that can be a detriment because the personal conversations go long and people who are not familiar, get impatient. Well, my only complaint is the scooters. They are never, ever charged up for use!! I have a parent who had a three strokes and her gait is on the clumsy side; she needs a scoot around the store! I wish that they had the soda by the chips...the layout of the store could be better. I like that they did move the flowers to the front of the store as you walk in. read more

Cool place to stop for groceries and they have pretty good produce when comparing to Walmart. Terrible customer service. One of their employees treated my father and I as if I was stealing. I spent $500 there and a lady had the nerve to come up and ask me where I was going because I was buying muffins too close to the door. Quality control is gone from the Deli Department. SEVERE FOOD POISONING - I bought Fried chicken and Potato wedges on Sunday 06/02/24. Today is Tuesday, Both myself and my 6 year old have had severe stomach aches, vomiting and diarrhea. My kid was awake, on the hour, every hour vomiting and diarrhea Sunday to Tuesday morning. We both still have upset stomachs. The rest of the family who CHOSE NOT TO EAT the food, is fine! You people, need to throw out the cooked food EVERYDAY or donate it and make a fresh batch (DAILY)! Why would you allow the defrosted food to sit for 1 or 2 days, then cook it, then have it on display/for sale for 3 to 5 days? ITS BAD! Defrost and Cook the SAME DAY in AM. By night time, toss it out! I will never, ever. purchase anything from the deli departments again. Never. Also, your employees should be able to tell you when the food has been made; what day. and if it was made fresh that day and getting people sick. Quality control, was soap left in the dishes used to cook? FAILED, ok this guy is complaining right? Think of this review as, this guy is no longer spending money in that department. if I could leave 0 stars I would. Also balloons, really? 14.99 or 19.99 for a balloon that cost .50 cents? I am a weekly shopper here- staff are always nice- it's relatively clean and they do run the broom often up the aisles. They don't always have the items I need like pancake dogs and soda variety but the fruit tart is so yummy. read more

Arrived on 2/11/2022 around 1pm. I went to the deli to order some sliced meats and cheeses, I asked the young man to please slice the items extra thin. When I go make my sandwich, I received thick cuts of deli and cheese meat which makes the food less enjoyable for me. Can someone please ask the young man at the deli to quit acting so miserable? I ordered 3 different items and as he handed me the meats/cheese I said thank you 3 times, he did not say anything. It seemed like he just did not want to be there and had the worse attitude without him saying a word. On a positive note, one of the associates at the store overheard me asking where the ice was and she let me know where I can find it which I thought was nice. I spent over $200 at this Albertsons this one night and I was accused of stealing by a late night manager. He made me feel so mad and I was so embarrassed. This Alberstons is the place we stop when we need to make a quick run to the grocery. It's super convenient for us. The produce and fruit is usually fresh & you can actually get fresh fish, unlike most markets where you can only get frozen. The employees are pretty friendly and always ask if I need help with anything. Prices at Albertsons are usually a bit higher than other grocery stores but they do accept coupons, which helps. They stopped using the store rewards card a few months ago so prices are 'what you see is what you get.' We typically do our grocery shopping at Whole Foods but will stop here if we aren't close to one. They have a lot of organic options, even if they are a bit higher priced. We always end up getting a loaf of the fresh bread when we walk by & smell it. We are total suckers for hot, freshly baked bread! read more

We usually come to this Albertsons because everyone is super courteous and always helpful and I give them 5 stars but what really kills the whole shopping experience is always the guy at the deli he has the worst attitude and customer service EVERRRR!!!! Wanna be Mr.T with his chains, he groans and makes noises like you are being an inconvenience while asking for the meats/cheeses. Seriously I would rather make the drive all the way to the Albertsons on Sloan and Charleston just to simply avoid the bad customer service he gives. The lady ringing me out was so into her conversation with her friend at the register next to her that she failed to acknowledge me and even stopped ringing out my stuff to continue talking!!! Where do I start with this review. There are Never enough registers open. There "3's a crowd" is BS. 2 maybe 3 registers are open in the middle of the day when it's busier then hell. We stopped at the deli today, to get a chicken meal , and had to say excuse me, about 5 times before anyone would pay attention to us! (No other people in line.. too busy talking!) OMG FRIENDLY! I had never been to one of these and it's pretty close to my house so I ventured out in the name of having food in the house. Everyone was super friendly! Like, over the top super friendly and helpful. The store is laid out in an ok manner, booze up front when you first come in is always a great feature in a store. =) Even the security guards are knowledgeable and helpful. It's very odd, for me, to go into a grocery store where the people stocking and such always say hello when you walk by. To add to that, that most seem really knowledgeable is a great bonus. Albertsons is higher priced on somethings but they make up for it in other ways. Good Fruit and Produce section. The Bakery seems to have better quality then other places. The Hot French Bread is way better in my book then Smiths and im not even sure Walmart Grocers put out hot bread. Well stocked aisles and the store is clean. The employees are always around if you have a question. Unlike some stores where you have to track someone down. ACK ACK WALMART ACK ACK. Do not go! Awful customer service personnel that act as if they just want you to leave and leave them alone. Waited in line today to become the second to next person at a check stand with a cashier and a light on just to have a female cashier come over and tell us all that she's closing his register and we would all have to go wait at the BACK of the only other two lines open. Waited another 15 minutes to get my goods paid for. Used to come here 2-3 times a week. Service has steadily turned into garbage. Everything was good until I stopped to get my baby's formula. I was waiting 25minutes for an Associate to come and assist me in getting the formula. The botton that they have was working and sending the notice of "associate to baby formula please "through the sound system almost 10 times. I finally got someone to help me get the formula( an associate that had just got off a half an hour ago and was shopping for herself). I told her what happened she went and got keys for the formula case. Then the associate that was told to get baby formula shows up saying "I'm soo sorry I was in the back dealing with the trash and didnt hear the assists needed at baby formula", how did you not hear it one of the 10 times. And how come no other associate checked if the baby formula was dealt with. If no one has the time to go and open a formula case than dont have the case. read more

I feel compelled to write this because I'm always happy to shop here. It's pretty easy to navigate and find what you are looking for, and staff seem helpful if you can't find it. However, the cashiers are what prompt the 5 stars. Every single time I go there, I always get a wonderful cashier. They are warm, friendly, and engaging (seemingly based on how you come across.) I've been in customer service for many years and in different fields of, and I will always give credit where credit is due. I remember walking to this Albertsons with my grandma when I was little and years later things haven't changed, it's still very clean, super friendly, very well stocked. Produce is always great, the prices can be a little more but I feel the product is better then some places. Plus they have weekly steals which most places do so you just have to keep your eye out for what you want/need. It's never too busy in here so you can shop with ease. The parking lot is always clean from the carts which I think is pretty amazing! read more

I used to love this store until a couple days ago, this was my favorite store even though the prices are higher than other places i always think that the quality and freshness is what matters the most so my experience was pretty good at first someone over where all the salads and ham are helped me her name was Trish i even asked her for her name because she was one of the best person that helped me, she was so nice and kind and thank you for that, anyway after there i went to get some salmon and ground beef so when i got there i was getting my ground beef when I noticed not one but ALL were EXPIRED! I was so disappointed and told a manager i saw near me, don't know her name but she just said ok and ignored me i was still very surprised and walked over to the register to pay for my stuff i saw another manager at one of the cashiers and asked her are you a manager? She said one of them, why? I said i just wanted to let you know ALL your ground beef expired on 05/01/2018 and its 05/09/2018 and to me this is important i have kids and would not like to feed then something expired and she just responded im sorry did you want me to find you one that is not expired and one of the cashiers was laughing so i just left and will NEVER COME BACK no more Albertsons for me read more
