We used to go to the one on Tropicana and Boulder Hwy and just too many problems. We love this location. It's always clean and the employees are nice. There used to be little glitches with their app but lately it's been working fine. We still watch as items are being rang up and check the receipt. They have great ads and offer great prices on their Just For You side. With the price of groceries you really need to check the prices and compare. We used to buy the bulk of our groceries at another large chain but recently Albertsons has the lowest prices. Great shopping experience; keep it up! read more

I took her word for it because she worked there. I came back today and the sign says buy 2 get 1 free. However, when I popped into this Albertsons, I discovered this post office (inside the store), offering all the services one would find and expect at a regular office. There were no lines and the customer service was outstanding. According to the Clerk working the counter this office rarely sees the foot traffic you would experience at other post offices due to its somewhat hidden location. 5 Stars for the fact that this location has a DMV kiosk!! Saved me from going to the DMV. I can't get into my acct. on line & I have been waiting for a mth now for the DMV to get in contact with me in ref. to the email I sent them about that. Since Albertsons is open early I was able to go here vs waiting till AAA opened to go there. I just worked 12+hrs on the night shift & this wasn't too far from work or home. The parking lot was not very packed which made me question if this location was even open, which it was. Once I went inside I ran into a employee & asked him about the DMV kiosk he told me where to find it. Once I got to it there was someone already trying to use the kiosk. Once she was done I was able to jump on & get my business taken care of. Bring your VIN # in with you because they will ask you that when renewing your car registration on here. Once I was done with the kiosk I left. I didn't have any shopping needs but what I did see the store looked nice, clean & very organized. read more

I ordered this tray for a baby shower...when I placed the call to order the tray the guy on the phone had to put me on hold several times to ask questions. This should have been my first clue to run! I ordered a deli tray to feed 15 people. I arrived the next afternoon to pick up and this is what I received!!! I was beyond mortified. The mustard, mayo, and lettuce took up more than half the tray. The sandwiches looked like someone literally cut them in half and threw them on the tray. Most of the bread was broken..very little meat/cheese on them...I was beyond embarrassed to serve these. And to top it off they wanted to charge me $59. for this mess! I refused to pay this amount for this disaster. The lady in the deli apologized profusely and told she would only charge me $19.99. This truly was the only redeeming quality. How does this establishment feel this is quality work?? I have been shopping at this grocery store weekly since 2008. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I talk to the staff regularly, and I look out for the store by pointing out expired items that are on the shelves. I genuinely care. Today I went to get groceries for the week, carefully planned with coupons clipped and savings on my account. I went to check out and noticed that my For U Savings was not applied correctly, and the cost of groceries was radically different from what I had planned. When I brought this up to the General Manager of the store, he refused to listen to my concern. I tried to make it easy to see where the error was by highlighting the error on the receipt, but he proceeded to tell me that he didn't care and doesn't see how I could be upset about the issue. Groceries cost me $40 more than I had planned. I told the general manager that the lack of clarity and effort to try and resolve the issue for me, is making me consider going to Aldi's instead, where I know I will not get any surprises. He said he didn't care and walked away. For a company that has their slogan as "Customer for life", I feel incredibly disappointed. This was the worst experience I've had in a grocery store, and i feel robbed and deceived. read more

I can never find any help at the store whenever I'm looking for any but I also have to admit, the store is very well-kept. The aisles are clean. There are not go back items strewn everywhere. The cashier, there is usually only one but they are very friendly. The freezer sections are very well stocked. I can always find a good deal on the things that I am looking for. Parking is always easy. Shopping carts are always neatly put away. I really have no complaints at the store except that when I've looked for an associate to ask questions of I can never find one unless of course I walk up to the one cashier at the very front of the store that usually is busy doing some thing else like talking to another customer. Use the app if you have it to look up extra deals. I know it's the dead of winter but I really like their selection of ice cream. That seems to be some thing I always come here for. read more

Personally I am a big fan of the team here simply because they are amazingly warm welcoming and with no amount of trouble they go out there way to assist you. This location I've come to for about 7 years now and the current team IS REALLY where it's at. Shoutouts to (Tom S, Jarod O, Evelyn, Norma, Christy and Rebecca) all extremely awesome at keeping this place my favorite grocery store in Vegas. Located just right across the street from Sunset Park and in the same shopping complex as Camp Rhino and R Burgers. Location is always clean and stocked with what I need. Using the Albertsons app accompanied by coming into this location helps save me $ but also makes redeeming my rewards easy. Worst experience at the bakery I ordered a cake a week ago and even made sure to pay ahead. Went to pick it up and instead of the cake I ordered they tried to give me a stale cake that had been sitting there for awhile, for all I know it's the same one I pointed to when I ordered the cake a week ago. I paid full price for a fresh cake and thought it was just so weird that they were confused as to why I would not want that old cake. The people were just rude about it. I'm thankful that I got a refund but even that was like such an inconvenience for them that it was just really odd!!! So now Im out a birthday cake for grandpa. I don't know what I was thinking coming here. I usually go to the Vons on Silverado and Maryland Parkway and should have just done that this time. I've been coming to location for over five years because it's convenient and close to where I live and I've NEVER had any problems until now. I went through self checkout as I Normally do and I had a cart full and I was told by the employer observing self check that I have too much stuff and need to go to a person to check out. I mentioned that I always do self checkout and she proceeded to stand and watch over me like I was gonna steal. Every time I visit Albertsons I spent upwards to 180 to 200 dollars each time. I was staying at Tahiti Village and their shuttle bus service brought us here for a grocery run. I've never been to Albertsons or this Albertsons before and since I'm a tourist to Las Vegas as well as the US, I can't really comment on their prices since from my perspective, I found the prices to be on the slightly expensive side (but I would say the same thing about the other grocery stores that I visited in Las Vegas including Walmart and Smith's). I was going to be eating out during most of my stay in Las Vegas so only needed to purchase some snacks and some juice/drinks. Picked up some fruit slices which I thought were at a decent price (3 for the price of 2 so I picked up 2 containers containing cantaloupe slices and 1 container containing pineapple slices). I also picked up some sports drinks for after my workout at the hotel's fitness center, some juice, and some chips. I lined up to pay at the cash. When scanning the sliced fruit containers, I noticed that I was charged full price for each individual container instead of getting the 3rd container for free. I made a comment about this and the cashier informed me that it would automatically be deducted at the end. She bagged my items and I paid. With all the juice/drinks that I purchased, she only single bagged them (as well as put too many of my heavy juice/drinks in the same bag) which caused me problems as I was gathering the items from the entrance of Tahiti Village where the shuttlebus dropped some of us off and a few of the bags ripped :-( read more

They also have a Wells Fargo ATM machine inside as well as a US Post office Express. So if you need to run several errands, this spot can help you cross off a couple of things on a to-do list. The employees here are super nice. That is the only reason I gave a 2nd star. But it's 3 strikes and you're you're OUT meat department! 1) I bought a nice looking roast. I cooked it with a tried and true recipe that I've used many times. Total shoe leather. It was HORRIBLE. Worst quality meat I've ever had and that recipe had been used many times with meat from Costco and Smiths. Was always delicious and fall apart tender. 2) Same exact thing happened with two packs of country style ribs. Recipe I've used many times. Meat from Smiths EXCELLENT, tender ribs. Meat from Albertsons. Strips of belt leather. Not even chewable. 3) Baby back ribs. I opened the package. They had an odd smell but I rinsed, added rub and smoked them alllll day. Pulled them off the smoker. The smell was even worse. It was actually fishy. So gross I dumped them straight in the trash. Back to Smiths. The quality here is obviously not up to par from their meat supplier. Meat is too expensive now to deal with sub par quality! read more

At 43 check-ins inside this very Albertson's, my original February 4, 2013 review is as outdated as a cassette tape. The reason is that in the years following my original review the Eastern at Warm Springs Albertson's has taken a turn for the better at the same time that the Las Vegas supermarket landscape has drastically diminished. Since this review I have witnessed a few Albertson's close, Food 4 Less abandon Las Vegas, Von's closures, all Fresh & Easy stores close, among other changes. In this review I am going to do something that I never did before. I am going to use examples from my original review to show how a business took a turn for the better and what kept me a customer. Quote from my 2013 review : "I have little love for this Albertson's. The prices are so astronomically high that they make Von's prices seem like Walmart." My December 2017 updated review: Wow things have changed! Since 2013 Albertson's and Von's parent company have merged. There are positive ramifications of the merger. When Albertson's has a special buy the prices rock. The best thing is that a card is unnecessary. Unfortunately, many of the items are high priced and if I wasn't facing a Yelp character limit, I'd list a few. Anyways, another positive of the merger is the new store brand items. Their Italian Wedding soup, sparkling flavored water, & kettle chips are a few examples. Quote from my 2013 review. "This Albertson's could use a remodel. Eastern Avenue at Warm Springs isn't Gangland central. It is unwelcoming to walk into a store with a rotating gate structure." My December 2017 updated review: "In recent times, a remodel spruced up the store. Gone was the unwelcoming rotating gate structure and up were interesting pictures of historic Las Vegas. Quote from my 2013 review: "I have little love for this Albertson's at the exact time I have love for convenience. In my situation it is in the center of a one stop errand hot spot." My December 2017 updated review: It is this convenience plus an appreciation for the updated house brand that brought me back over the years. The main convenience is the Moneygram Electronic payment. Unfortunately, Smith's has unpredictable customer service hours which on a few occasions has led me to Albertson's where their customer service hours are reliable. This is a positive reflection on Albertson's customer service. Through the past few years convenience has taken a turn for the better. In addition to the existing US Post Office and pharmacy there is a DMV Kiosk and Amazon lockers. Convenience is also fully stocked shelves. On these fully stocked shelves are some uncommon food in Las Vegas supermarkets. Presently this includes Nathan's crinkley cut fries, Baskin Robbins ice cream, and Wise potato chips. For a while they even carried Friendly's ice cream. Changing my tune from the cumulative experience preceding the 2013 review, I am concluding the December 2017 review update by saying, "I have an appreciation of this Albertson's at the same time I have an appreciation of the convenience, updated store brand items, fully stocked shelves that include uncommon items in Las Vegas supermarkets." read more

This is our neighborhood Albertsons and we have been shopping here for over 3 years. We stop by a few times a week since it's very convenient for us. The store is always clean and well stocked. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Marie is our favorite. My children really like her. She's very friendly and sweet. She takes her time and really gets to know the customers and makes us feel welcomed. Thank you Marie. The hot food is always delicious and the bakery section is great also. We have ordered cakes and desserts before and they are always fresh and delicious. We also love how they have the mini post office incase we need to mail something out or buy stamps. read more

This is my grocery store so I guess it can't be all bad. I visited it at least twice a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only two gripes would be parking & the post office. It seems they have an abundance of handicap parking. You're lucky if you can get a spot near the entrances. They have a post office inside here. Which is cool. What's not cool is they're under staffed. They always only have one person on shift so the line is often out the door. Consider yourself lucky if you get here and there's no line. But as far as I'm concerned it's close to me and serves it's purpose. read more

Not sure what's going on in their bakery section their variety isn't what it use to be. The cookies pre bagged are hard as rocks. And we've bought a few cakes that have a hard rock drippy frosting on them tastes horrible. The frosting with just whipped cream is theeee best and they only now do 2-3 to choose from. That other cake frosting is thick and tastes bad. Please bring back.more cakes with whipped cream frosting and fresher cookies. read more

Not sure what's up with this store. After a huge make-over & as the neighborhood cleans up, their store is still a mess. The folks there are rude & once it's dark they lock it down like they are expecting to be rolled over. Do yourself a favor go to Smith's or Sprouts or Natural Grocers. It hurts me to leave a negative post but I've just had it with their unprofessionalism & the feeling th y don't want to be there. How they stay open is beyond me. Sad as I know some of the folks there work their tail off but they cash register folks must get treated bad or they just at that way. read more

I no longer shop at Smiths because it's always so jam packed. I love this particular Albertsons mainly because I live right by it. Their deli and bakery departments are the best and their cakes are delicious and low priced. The workers are very friendly here except for one guy in the deli who acts like the holy protector of fried chicken. When they run their fried chicken deals and you want to buy more than one 8 piece deal, he throws a fit saying there wont be enough left for the next customers. Who effing cares!! Asked them to call another checker and they told me that literally everyone working was at the front. Waited in the express lane for 30 minutes. My go to when I need something. Albertson's is like a solid relationship built with trust and love...always there for you. Let me give you an example. I was making spinach dip and needed a Knorr soup mix. First I went to Fresh and Easy. They didn't have it. So, I went to Smiths, because it was closer and thought for sure they would have it. NO! So, knowing that I can trust Albertson's I drove a little further away knowing they would pull through for me. When I walked in and went to the soup section it was like the sky's parted just for me and there stood the Knorr soup mix. Ah! Finally!! Also, I have had really experiences with the bakery here. One of my favorite cakes is the Chocolate cake with Chocolate WHIP icing. It is way less sweet and is so yummy. One time I was running late on getting a cake for a special someone, however they had it for me the very next day. It was awesome and was only like $20! So, even though this store is a bit of a drive for me, it has been my staple since I originally moved to Las Vegas 11 years ago....and I still go :) read more

Parking is plentiful at this location. Whenever I'm in Vegas, I almost always stop here to pick up some snacks and drinks. They have some decent chicken (roasted or fried) and other food if you decide not to cook dinner. I love that you no longer need to sign up for an Albertsons Savings Card to get the sale prices. I come here every so often. The store is extremely clean, probably my most favorite part is the walk in florist cause its all cold a fun to go in. Even when its wintertime. The reason I do come : Liquor section here is stacked with ghosts! The holiday card section is pretty dope. I love the bamboo arrangements in the floral area. The bakery seems pretty well stocked full of special occasion cakes ( birthday) I have ordered from here and purchased b-day cakes a few times. This location offers a wider selection of what ever you are looking for compared to stores like Vons. Fish / meat area always looks fresh. The reasons I skip this place : Prices too high. I love this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, it's super close to my home. They also have long hours to fit almost anyschedule and an amazon package box which makes returns a breeze! I know the prices here are slightly higher than some of their competitors but you get what you pay for with better quality food and better service. I recently found out how great their deli turkey is while I was in St. George Utah. When you go to the deli ask for a slice of there traditional turkey breast thinly sliced and you will see exactly what I'm talking about, this turkey blew my mind. The prices are a little high especially on the produce or else I would have given it 5 stars. Also we had to wait in line for a while since there was only 1 cashier.
