I believe this is a family-owned business because, the people that work there seem to work so well together. They were very helpful and very understanding of my needs. Some other things to know about Ridgmar Pharmacy. There's two entrances, it's located next to a jitsu place, and it looks a little dated. Also, they speak fluent English. We have never been before and weren't familiar with working with a pharmacy outside of going to CVS. My husband entered and asked where he could drop off a prescription and the lady working sarcastically looked around and said "hmmm wow that's a great question, I wonder where" then proceeded to talk down to him the entire time he was attempting to fill a prescription that he was only given an emailed PDF of. Instead of guiding him in the right direction, they treated him like he was stupid and asked him what he expected him to do with an emailed rx. There were three other people working the counter that were about as rude and did not step in to help. You can check my other reviews, I am not a Karen and constantly use Yelp to provide positive reviews. We try to treat people like we want to be treated and it's super weird when the customer is being more kind than the staff. Really disappointed and appalled by their behavior. Thanks for making us feel welcome and supported while we're dealing with a very sick elderly cat at home!

The wise alchemist here is actually a lovely pharmacist who puts together my baby's weird medicine. And Randol Mill Pharmacy is a little gift shop, general store, and pharmacy all in one -- it's quite old fashioned. I'm talking carpeted floors, fudge, peanut brittle, jewelry, collectibles, stationary, candles, holiday decor, Christian paraphernalia, and more. They sell recliners and walkers too! Most of the staff here are pretty young, and they're all kind and seem like a family. This place has a cozy vibe for sure.
