The downside is...there seems to never be enough people working. The pharmacy is ALWAYS busy. I have gone to the pharmacy many times to find that the line inside was very long, and the line at the drive-thru was very long. I always feel bad for the pharmacy staff because they also look very overworked--they need more people back there. Tip: If you do not have the time to wait for your prescription to be filled, go to another pharmacy.

I also had the receipt which matches the UPC code sewn into the item. She couldn't do a refund onto my card, just threw it back into the bag and shoved it at my daughter. This particular woman has worked at the LW location for awhile and has continuously been unhelpful and unplesant over the years, no matter what she's doing. Customer service, cashier or the money order desk. I cringe inwardly if I'm forced to deal with this awful woman when I'm in the store.

I have nothing but exceptional things to say about Scripx. I have only been using them for a few…read moremonths but have had the most amazing experience. The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all.
