Sometimes both as is the case for their "manager" Rebecca. I've made a few pick-up orders here that have all gotten marked as picked up when they were not picked up. It feels scammy at worst and at best is a complete waste of time. Once it's marked picked up, there's no longer a link to use to mark you're at the store waiting. This then causes you to have to sit on the phone in the awful queue system until you can reach a person. It then takes them time to find it and get it out to you. It has never taken less than 15 minutes of me waiting in the parking lot for what should be a simple and quick pick-up. It's incredibly frustrating when you're sick/have sick kids waiting for items. The Pharmacy is quite possibly even worse. Numerous times my Rx was marked as ready to pick up online and yet when I get there they tell me it's not ready and treat me like I'm the jerk for asking why my app is showing it is. That's if they can even fulfill the monthly re-occurring Rx's! It's gotten so bad I've moved all my reoccurring Rx refills to another location 30 minutes away - because that's more convenient and easier than the one near my home. Shame on Walgreens, shame on the management.

I gave up with this CVS and called a different CVS 15 minutes away from my home and the pharmacist called me the same evening, looked up my prescription pulled from Silverdale pharmacy and said I have it, come in Monday and we will get it for you and they did. No issues since. They had to back out 15 prior denied ring throughs from the Silverdale pharmacy, but what a difference in customer service. Please CVS in Silverdale find a better location for one with a drive thru and train the staff on how to ring up prescriptions with savings card! Sad this CVS is horrible inside Target. Not very welcoming either.

They didn't notice they were out until it needed refill, so they had to order it. A full week later, I'm finally able to pick it up, but now it is under my new insurance. The difference in cost is $700. Since I have no choice but to take this drug to avoid strokes, I had to pay. If they'd been competent and filled it when it was due, I would have time to figure out an alternative under the new insurance. Not only is the pharmacy erratic and untrustworthy, half the shelves in the store are empty. One would they they were in a going out of business sale. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions.

This was my first time picking up prescriptions at Ostroms and I have to say I was VERY impressed…read more My prescriptions were ready almost right away and I was able to give all of my insurance information through a simple text. The environment was very relaxing and there was almost no line inside (though I believe there were a few cars in the drive-thru). The lovely pharmacy assistant that helped check me out was very nice and helped set up my prescriptions to auto-renew. Heaven knows I'm horrible at remembering to call in my refills until it's too late so hopefully this helps future me! Mind you, I have been to SEVERAL pharmacies in the area--usually grocery stores (several Safeways, Fred Meyer, QFC, Costco, Walgreens--you name it) and average spending at LEAST a half hour in line in a severely understaffed pharmacy with a single stressed out pharmacist juggling multiple tasks. I got none of these stressy vibes at Ostroms. The shop was super cute too and I will definitely find something here next time I need to purchase a gift. The only thing that sucked was getting in and out of the parking lot during rush hour-ish time. That was a nightmare but not Ostroms fault by any means! Bought brussel sprouts a few days ago and already turned yellow/black. Also bought green pepper and was badly wrinkled and had to use same day or trash. However the pantry and dairy items are safe. Meat is either a hit or miss. Suggest buying name brand meats only. Sometimes bread comes in bags that are ripped or sliced open. Another risk at hit or miss. I've learned to shop at different stores for different items. Saves money but does take time off busy schedule.

Apparently one will eventually show up." Spoiler: they didn't. Or maybe it was today when I tried again to get a vaccine. I made an appointment, showed up early, checked in and there was so much spit on the plexiglass between me and the pharmacist that she was literally blurry. At one point an assistant made eye contact with me, made a gun out of her fingers and pretended to shoot her self in the head. So yeah - this place is a stain on the Walgreens brand and our downtown. I'd rather drive to another pharmacy than walk to this one on my neighborhood.

I never wait very long to be assisted at the counter, and it's refreshing to see some of the same faces each week. I use this pharmacy for my brother's medications. The pharmacy employees are quick, and although they can be very busy at times, they still take the time to talk with you if you need assistance. The store itself is always well stocked with energy drinks and candy. You can also get passport photos here. Recommended for a quick stop if you need something or if you need to deposit money into your Capital One account.

Some people coming to the pharmacy are upset and dont need the very people who are there to help them behave in such a way. She should not be in any customer service position at all.
