Went back 3rd time and still had no idea how to fix it. Said my savings card wasn't working. Pharmacist said come back tomorrow maybe the- someone else will know how to fix it. I gave up with this CVS and called a different CVS 15 minutes away from my home and the pharmacist called me the same evening, looked up my prescription pulled from Silverdale pharmacy and said I have it, come in Monday and we will get it for you and they did. No issues since. They had to back out 15 prior denied ring throughs from the Silverdale pharmacy, but what a difference in customer service. Please CVS in Silverdale find a better location for one with a drive thru and train the staff on how to ring up prescriptions with savings card! Sad this CVS is horrible inside Target. Not very welcoming either.

The Port Orchard Rite Aid cost me $700 today. One of my prescriptions was up for refill last week…read more(2024, under my old insurance). They didn't notice they were out until it needed refill, so they had to order it. A full week later, I'm finally able to pick it up, but now it is under my new insurance. The difference in cost is $700. Since I have no choice but to take this drug to avoid strokes, I had to pay. If they'd been competent and filled it when it was due, I would have time to figure out an alternative under the new insurance. Not only is the pharmacy erratic and untrustworthy, half the shelves in the store are empty. One would they they were in a going out of business sale. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions.

This was my first time picking up prescriptions at Ostroms and I have to say I was VERY impressed…read more My prescriptions were ready almost right away and I was able to give all of my insurance information through a simple text. The environment was very relaxing and there was almost no line inside (though I believe there were a few cars in the drive-thru). The lovely pharmacy assistant that helped check me out was very nice and helped set up my prescriptions to auto-renew. Heaven knows I'm horrible at remembering to call in my refills until it's too late so hopefully this helps future me! Mind you, I have been to SEVERAL pharmacies in the area--usually grocery stores (several Safeways, Fred Meyer, QFC, Costco, Walgreens--you name it) and average spending at LEAST a half hour in line in a severely understaffed pharmacy with a single stressed out pharmacist juggling multiple tasks. I got none of these stressy vibes at Ostroms. The shop was super cute too and I will definitely find something here next time I need to purchase a gift. The only thing that sucked was getting in and out of the parking lot during rush hour-ish time. That was a nightmare but not Ostroms fault by any means! Very strongly advise that you do not buy ANY produce online. 99.99% will turn rotten in two days or less. Once was delivered rotten lemons at delivery. Bought brussel sprouts a few days ago and already turned yellow/black. Also bought green pepper and was badly wrinkled and had to use same day or trash. However the pantry and dairy items are safe. Meat is either a hit or miss. Suggest buying name brand meats only. Sometimes bread comes in bags that are ripped or sliced open. Another risk at hit or miss. I've learned to shop at different stores for different items. Saves money but does take time off busy schedule.

There were none in the greeting cards aisle and none near the souvenir t-shirts. I asked the Security Guard and he suggested Aisle 4... Nope. That's the beverage aisle. I thought that I should check Aisle 1 since I looked in every other aisle... Of course the post cards were there! The last place was the winner! I grabbed a bunch and waited in line to pay. The customers ahead of me didn't have their wallets out and one woman had questions about a gift card. I give these store clerks credit... challenging customers test your patience... LOL! I just wanted to hurry outta there because I wasn't sure if I was in a free parking space on the street or not!

I stopped by this Walgreens in downtown Seattle while on a business trip, and it was no bueno. I…read morejust needed to grab a couple of waters and an energy drink for me and a coworker on my way to the office. Seemed easy enough. But this store was almost empty. The shelves were bare; I was surprised to see so little stuff. I found water, but they didn't have the energy drink I wanted, so I had to get something else. That wasn't the only problem. There were two security guards who kept watching me as I walked around (even though I was wearing business clothes and clearly wasn't stealing anything). I get that security is important in the downtown areas of cities, but being followed while just trying to figure out what to get with the horrible selection felt weird and a little insulting. I had a backpack, but I didn't think I needed that much attention. On top of that, there were two guys doing drugs right in front of the store windows. I know the store can't control what happens outside, but it made the whole place feel really uncomfortable, especially at 9:00 in the morning. I know a lot of cities in the Pacific Northwest have problems with drugs, and some stores are still having trouble after the pandemic. But not even having basic things in stock, plus the security following me, and the drug use right outside made it a bad experience. This place gets one star, not just because of what was happening outside, but because they didn't even have the stuff I needed. It's a sad situation, and I hope it gets better.

I am a server, so I deposit cash every week or so at this location. The staff is always super friendly and kind. I never wait very long to be assisted at the counter, and it's refreshing to see some of the same faces each week. I use this pharmacy for my brother's medications. The pharmacy employees are quick, and although they can be very busy at times, they still take the time to talk with you if you need assistance. The store itself is always well stocked with energy drinks and candy. You can also get passport photos here. Recommended for a quick stop if you need something or if you need to deposit money into your Capital One account.

I wasn't happy because I had to get my walker out of the car and then walk all the way back to the backend of the store to get my medicine. Other than that I am not complaining.
