This is 2025, email. Really? To note, a secondary customer service rep was less than friendly, what bordered on rude. I don't need to be catered to, but politeness goes a long way to get a repeat customer. This has been the worst jewlery purchase experience, I will stick with Helzburg and Kaye in the future. The way the have their customer service arranged is more of a ticketing system to which they place your name on the lusts and you walk around until they call you again. They don't tell you this so it was a little off-putting when I stood there wondering what happened when I thought I was next in line.
