Diamond Treasures does not have the proper mandrels to size Euroshank rings, yet they still attempted to do so. Vicky was impatient with me the first time I questioned how they can accurately size Euroshank rings (spoiler alert: they can't!) without the proper mandrel. She snapped, "Well what size do you want?" as though I were the alleged jewelry professional. After having three rings sized and then re-sized twice, they still aren't right and I now have to take them elsewhere. I have requested a refund but Roz is refusing to issue it. He says he "stands by his work" and wants me to come in again so they can take a third crack at it, but I am taking my rings and business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

Don't let the outside strip center area deter you - its a little crowded / bad parking lot, but the inside of the market center is OK. The post had broken off my mom's (fake) gold earrings and needed to be soldered back on. But, b/c they were not real gold, a special kind of welding (laser welding?) had to be used. I took 2 of my wife's identical rings to move a ruby from one ring to the other. I called twice…read morechecking on it..he told me he was having difficulties setting it. I offered to take it to another jeweler who has worked on this ring before. The gentleman at Pritchetts said he would let me know..I never heard from him. I called him today being within the 4th week after dropping it off still not done..I went to pick it up to find he had shattered a ruby upon attempting to reset..and offered nothing for the shattered ruby which was not returned. I do not recommend or at least proceed at your own risk.

We were greeted by Griffin, one of the assistant managers of the store, and he was phenomenal. On our way in, we noticed a sign for "free watch batteries" and ironically we were actually on our way to another store to have our watch batteries replaced. We figured there had to be a catch for this "free watch battery" like "with purchase" but we asked Griffin about the sign and he said "no purchase necessary, no strings attached." So, while our rings were being cleaned, Griffin replaced both of our watch batteries...for free! Griffin even took the level of service up a notch by polishing my friend's ring, also complimentary, and while we waited (unlike other stores who say it will take a few days because they have to send it off). He mentioned it would look better if his jeweler did it, but we think it looks amazing. We offered to pay for the polish but he insisted it was on the house. Amazing customer service if you ask me! While we were there, we also checked out the diamond earrings (because that's what we...ahem...I do) and he was so great at showing us different options, including specials and financing available. He made us feel very welcomed and at ease...like we could spend hours there if we wanted to and he wouldn't mind it at all. Although we didn't buy the earrings today, I can guarantee this will be the first place we go when we decide to make any jewelry purchase and Griffin will be our guy!
