Within seconds of attempting the repair, they broke it. What I don't understand is why they didn't take their own experience and profession into account and simply decline the repair if it was that likely to fail. As a mechanic myself, I know what I will and won't break. And if I advise a customer to do something and it breaks because of my actions, I take responsibility for it. They did polish the ring and it looks nice, but that's about the only positive I can point to. Instead, they wanted to charge me $70 to fix the damage they caused, then recommended adding a shank for over $200, with the ring not ready until the next day. That's not accountability, that's passing the cost onto the customer. Overall, poor judgment, poor handling of the situation, and a really frustrating experience. I won't be coming back.

I decided not to take it back because I just don't feel comfortable letting them have it again. I'm not certain their techs are Rolex certified. Now it's on the way to Rolex in Florida. They REFUSED a refund for us. Called two other jewelers stores and found out sales and Kay's BOTH offer full refunds within 30 days if the person doesnt like it. My wife couldn't find ANYTHING she liked this store OR online, Add to this that when I BOUGHT the necklace, the sales lady told me if she hadn't worn it out I could return it FOR A REFUND. Bunch of liars and scammers!! Now we're stuck with a $1500 necklace she will never wear! I wil NEVER return here or recommend them to ANYONE. VERY ANGRY!!!!
