I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y and booked an appointment with "Albright Window Tint" the very next day at 11:30 am. After getting my car tinted, I noticed water marks on both the cloth trim beside the windshield and on the interior. The water marks persisted even after drying up. I immediately called the shop, but the technician seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me find a solution. He suggested waiting at least 4 to 5 days to see if the water marks would dry and clear up. When I called back today, he remained annoyed and unhelpful when I asked him what steps I could take to remove the stains. He seemed to shrug his shoulders over the phone. I'm worried that I'll take my car into him tomorrow at 12:30 pm, as we had discussed, and he might make the water marks worse because he couldn't provide a detailed plan for removing them. I wish I had gone somewhere else. This could have been easily avoided if he had covered up the panels with plastic. Now, my car, which was one day old when I took it to him, looks like a used car due to the water marks at the front. I want to get this fixed, but I have no confidence that he's interested in reading Yelp reviews or addressing the complaints of many unhappy customers who say he's rude and unprofessional. After expressing how important it was for me to get the water marks cleared up immediately, he said he wasn't responsible for replacing the parts if he couldn't remove them. When I mentioned replacing the parts, it wasn't necessarily to get him to pay for it, but I genuinely don't want to see a bunch of water marks on a brand new car that I haven't even had a week on the interior. read more

Got my vehicle back smelling like straight cigarettes, can't roll down side windows to air-out because fresh tint. Few good things about this service was the price and the time it took to install my tint (little over an hour). WOW!!! Worst experience! Started fine but then after finished and the few days he said to allow to set, windshield had multiple bubbles so I made an appointment to fix. Scheduled for 9:30 by 9:00 he's texting to ask if I'm on my way because he's got another job to get to. I think it's weird that he's rushing me to fix HIS error but oh well nbd I just reply yes. After the 2nd text at 9:20 I say I don't appreciate the hassle and remind him neither of us would have to take this time if it was done right in first place. Then I arrive at 9:30 and he's not there. Called him and he agues the appointment was 9:00 I have text record showing 9:30 I sent him. Shows back up at 9:45 so now he's late and continues to be rude! Still not fixed yet so we'll see how this ends. Guess it can't get much worse. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! read more

WOW!!!! Rude and unprofessional- BEWARE!!!! My initial phone call was with David (the son of Tammy) nice guy, we had a good conversation and he explained everything involved and told me it would cost $175.00 and an additional $20.00 for the front window stripe. I told him I would bring it in the next day and needed to check with my calendar for a more specific time. When I called back approx 30 min later, TAMMY (the owner) answered my call. I started off my conversation by telling her how her business came highly recommended and a good friend of mine just had her car tinted by them. I then mentioned how I just talked with David and I was simply just calling back to schedule a time to bring in my partner's Mercedes Benz. While I was on the phone with her I asked her If it would be best to schedule the car on a day that was less humid than what we have been experiencing lately with all this rain. She cut me off mid sentence and said she needed to call me back. To her defense, she did approx 15 min later. She said she needed to answer other calls that where coming in?!!!!! She then said she looked up the car and said that it wouldn't be $175.00 it would be $275.00. I tried to explain to her the conversation her son and I had (which David had already explained the up-charge being that this vehicle was a Mercedes Benz.) She wouldn't let me talk, raised her voice and said "I WONT DO IT FOR LESS!" Then she HUNG UP THE PHONE... Mind you, I was not trying to negotiate prices as her son had already disclosed prices for the make and model of the vehicle. He's been doing this for 14 years, you'd think that he'd have a pretty good idea of how much to charge! In 40 years I have never been treated so poorly and I too am a business owner who deals with clients on a daily basis. Tammy was not only rude she was unprofessional and she totally did a BAIT & SWITCH! That's not the worse part of it because money is not an issue, it was her attitude, not allowing me to talk and then hanging up the phone! Leaving me with my cell phone stuck to my ear lobe like, what the heck just happened? The friend that referred me is also a business owner and the owner of the Benz that was going to have the tinting done is another business owner in the St Petersburg area. TAMMY, hope you realized what you just did. All three of us will make sure that we will let all of our clients know about your attitude and your unprofessionalism and tell them to take there business elsewhere, especially if they want to be treated with respect! read more
