The owner left the car running outside with the AC on and overheated the car. When I picked it up the check engine light was on. I now have to replace the thermostat, radiator fan and change all the fluids. An expensive repair bill I was not expecting. The car was running perfectly when I turned it in. The owner refused to take any responsibility for the damage to my car citing "preexisting condition" despite the fact that it was running fine when I dropped it off and broken when I picked it up.

When I called back today, he remained annoyed and unhelpful when I asked him what steps I could take to remove the stains. He seemed to shrug his shoulders over the phone. I'm worried that I'll take my car into him tomorrow at 12:30 pm, as we had discussed, and he might make the water marks worse because he couldn't provide a detailed plan for removing them. I wish I had gone somewhere else. This could have been easily avoided if he had covered up the panels with plastic. Now, my car, which was one day old when I took it to him, looks like a used car due to the water marks at the front. I want to get this fixed, but I have no confidence that he's interested in reading Yelp reviews or addressing the complaints of many unhappy customers who say he's rude and unprofessional. After expressing how important it was for me to get the water marks cleared up immediately, he said he wasn't responsible for replacing the parts if he couldn't remove them. I advise everyone to verify the work coming out of this shop. I ordered proper female spade terminals to fix all four speakers.
