After getting my car tinted, I noticed water marks on both the cloth trim beside the windshield and on the interior. The water marks persisted even after drying up. I immediately called the shop, but the technician seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me find a solution. He suggested waiting at least 4 to 5 days to see if the water marks would dry and clear up. When I called back today, he remained annoyed and unhelpful when I asked him what steps I could take to remove the stains. He seemed to shrug his shoulders over the phone. I'm worried that I'll take my car into him tomorrow at 12:30 pm, as we had discussed, and he might make the water marks worse because he couldn't provide a detailed plan for removing them. I wish I had gone somewhere else. This could have been easily avoided if he had covered up the panels with plastic. Now, my car, which was one day old when I took it to him, looks like a used car due to the water marks at the front. I want to get this fixed, but I have no confidence that he's interested in reading Yelp reviews or addressing the complaints of many unhappy customers who say he's rude and unprofessional. After expressing how important it was for me to get the water marks cleared up immediately, he said he wasn't responsible for replacing the parts if he couldn't remove them. When I mentioned replacing the parts, it wasn't necessarily to get him to pay for it, but I genuinely don't want to see a bunch of water marks on a brand new car that I haven't even had a week on the interior.

After a little back and back and forth he gave me an estimate of $193 ...for a front Wheel Bearing... I asked him again are we all set on the $193 for the job and I was told ," Yes and I could bring it in on Monday" !! I presumed that this Estimate would be accurate as I had recently had some work done there and the Cost Equalled the Estimate Quoted. BOY WAS I WRONG TO RELY ON THEIR ESTIMATE.... The Cost came back at $336 less $20 for a tire repair ... Leaving $316 vs $193 Estimate ... $123 OVER THE ESTIMATE I HAD BEEN ASSURED WAS CORRECT...No Phone Call...advising the difference NOTHING ! When I went to Pay and saw the Bill I complained but they could CARE LESS.. The answer I got was that "Someone else here must have given you the Estimate.".. I brought my high-end sports car to Klaus Body Shop for repair and paint to address minor scrapes…read moreon the underside of the front bumper, as well as to install a bracket on the underside of the rear bumper that had been damaged in transport. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of professional standards from start to finish: Communication & Delays: After the promised completion date passed, I received no proactive updates and had to make multiple calls just to check the status of my vehicle. New Damage Upon Delivery: Upon arrival to pick up the car, I discovered that their shop lift had damaged both undersides of the front bumper--turning a one-sided repair into brand-new damage. This was done without their staff notifying me prior to my arrival. Failed Rear Bumper Repair: The rear bumper repair had not been completed properly. Instead, it was covered in black marks from an attempted fix. When I brought this to the owner's attention, her response was extremely defensive and unprofessional. Improvised Fixes Causing More Damage: They attempted to clean the black marks off the rear bumper using a chemical-soaked red rag, which visibly stained my white car red. Ongoing Quality Issues: We are now six months past the initial repair date, and the entire paint job is actively peeling off. Because of this defective paint adherence, the Paint Protection Film (PPF) applied over it has failed, resulting in a significant out-of-pocket financial loss to replace both the previous and new PPF. Given the poor craftsmanship, lack of transparency regarding shop-inflicted damage, and unprofessional management, I strongly advise anyone--especially owners of high-end vehicles--to take their business elsewhere.
