After getting my car tinted, I noticed water marks on both the cloth trim beside the windshield and on the interior. The water marks persisted even after drying up. I immediately called the shop, but the technician seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me find a solution. He suggested waiting at least 4 to 5 days to see if the water marks would dry and clear up. When I called back today, he remained annoyed and unhelpful when I asked him what steps I could take to remove the stains. He seemed to shrug his shoulders over the phone. I'm worried that I'll take my car into him tomorrow at 12:30 pm, as we had discussed, and he might make the water marks worse because he couldn't provide a detailed plan for removing them. I wish I had gone somewhere else. This could have been easily avoided if he had covered up the panels with plastic. Now, my car, which was one day old when I took it to him, looks like a used car due to the water marks at the front. I want to get this fixed, but I have no confidence that he's interested in reading Yelp reviews or addressing the complaints of many unhappy customers who say he's rude and unprofessional. After expressing how important it was for me to get the water marks cleared up immediately, he said he wasn't responsible for replacing the parts if he couldn't remove them. When I mentioned replacing the parts, it wasn't necessarily to get him to pay for it, but I genuinely don't want to see a bunch of water marks on a brand new car that I haven't even had a week on the interior.

The explanation also lacked detail, which made it hard to feel confident in how they arrived at that conclusion. Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncertain about the transparency of the process and whether the scope and timeline of repairs were being overstated. Since I am able to choose where my vehicle is repaired, I decided to get additional quotes. I ultimately went with Largo Auto Body, where the experience was completely different. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, clearly explained what repairs might be needed, and walked me through the quote in a straightforward and transparent way--including possible additional items if they became necessary. Their estimated repair time was also significantly shorter and felt much more reasonable. I also didn't like that I was told that my insurance will approve the additional time for me to have a rental which I actually would have exceeded, so I'm not sure if they believe my insurance would just happily add as many days as they felt they needed to fix the damage. Since that conversation, I have spoken to the other businesses involved and all signs have pointed to Crash Champions dropping the ball, multiple times. What is now being handled as of 5/27/26, should have been handled on 3/26/26. The ball is now rolling, but took 2 months and caused irreversible troubles. I am unsure of next steps but what this business did is unacceptable and I'll be looking into where it can be reported/investigated.

He sent me a text message that he has a check for me after he got caught so I told him to mail it, and he never responded. I called a week later, and he is refusing to mail it due to a paper trail. He failed to complete the scope of work several times, told me on a Friday to leave my truck at his shop over the weekend so he can finish the work on Monday. Calls me Monday morning to pick up the truck, I said I left it there because you said you were going to finish the job Monday. He says "well it's raining" so I picked my truck up unfinished after paying for additional rental car days for nothing. He is so lazy! He would not even provide a receipt or itemized scope of work. He left scratches on panels and chips in my fiberglass, broke my magnetic keychain that I found jammed in my door jam, got my interior dirty and never finished the job! Whatever he tells you over the phone (if you can get them to answer it) will change drastically when you arrive. He is not a man of his word and uses a religious spin on his business to trick you into thinking they are an honest shop.
