True to form they bent over backwards to get them for me, gave tips on getting registered with O'Reilys online so I can get a $5 gift card, rocked out a military discount for me and issued me a $10 rebate for my purchase. Beat that, Autozone! Huzzah! So. These guys rock and I'll definitely make it a point to go them, and only them, for my car stuff needs.

Looks like crappy customer service at advanced auto parts isn't just in Colorado it must be nation wide. Turns out I'm a complete moron and did not fully inspect my original purchase which would have negated trip 3 and 4 and the customer service with the original two trips were spot on as far as customer service goes I am changing my rating from 1-4 stars. Sorry about the mistake.

General Manager Freddie and his Team truly care about taking care of their customers and their cars! We had some air loss in our tires (admittedly while towing a U-Haul Trailer) and our Oil Light went off so we stopped at Big O to check out the tires (not a big deal and they refused to charge us for ensuring they were properly inflated). They told us they could fix the oil leak and damaged oil pressure sensor (okay, so we did happen to run over an armadillo in Amarillo; or truthfully, that armadillo ran/jumped into our oncoming car!). Still, the damage was much more significant than just breaking the plastic air spoiler on the front bumper! We did not want to spend a lot of time or money on our journey from NYC to LA but we could not drive safely from Albuquerque to LA without getting the car fixed first. Freddie and his Team took great care of us, gave us very fair pricing (BTW, Veterans and First Responders get an additional ten (10%) percent discount here!), and totally fixed us up, including changing the sensor, all of the filters, the oil, and everything necessary to get us back on the road safely! I hope never again to break down in Albuquerque but if you ever do, go to the Big O Tires on Rio Rancho Blvd and tell Freddie that I sent you!
