I called Mr. Glass and they were able to start the process from the first moment I gave him my cars info. He said he'd have the windshield in an hour. I went to them to change the window. It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. They answered all of my questions, were extremely professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Since the basement was already finished, I was especially appreciative of how careful they were.
