I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and responsibility shown by this company. Last week, I visited their showroom to look at doors and windows and spoke with the owner about the materials and installation process. We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 10:00 a.m. for him to come to my home to take measurements. After that, we planned to set another time to discuss the contract in detail. At 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the owner called to say he had something urgent to take care of and could not come, so we rescheduled for Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. However, on Tuesday, he never showed up--even after I waited until 5:00 p.m.He did not call, text, or provide any explanation for missing the appointment. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this company due to their lack of responsibility and respect for customers' time. read more

I was not going to post a poor review of this company because one partner promised to refund my $100 deposit on screens that I never received. I thought the refund was a good faith gesture. When another partner called me and said I was not owed a refund because I never paid it in the first place, I was dumbfounded. I have a receipt. If you buy something from them, don't put more than one item in an order, keep everything straightforward and don't assume you will get any courtesy or respect from any of them in that office. Either they are totally disorganized or they act that way as a method of gaslighting the customer. I would have put one star but the second is because they have a good window and door installer. After dealing with this company three times, each time a series of frustrating calls with all of them either blaming each other or claiming they don't know anything about the order, I would tape cardboard on my windows before I would ever order anything from them again. read more

I recently had my front door replaced by Jasco. The turnover time from ordering till installation was pretty quick. The door is great quality. And I can't say enough about the installation. The installers were perfectionists. They checked and double checked that the installation was perfect. They left my home as if they were never there. So from start to finish this was a great experience and a great value. My home looks amazing with the door they helped me pick out! I can't recommend them enough. Great outfit. Took estimates from others that came to my home and I didn't feel comfortable with any of the salespeople. On a whim, I found Jasco and their reviews and decided they will be my last estimate for two sliding patio doors to replace my overpriced, falling apart Anderson's. Called, got the info I needed and the price was inline with what I wanted to spend. Went to the showroom to iron out the details and was told 5 weeks for the sliders to arrive. Very personable and easy to deal with owner and son at their showroom Within a week someone came out to confirm measurements and then about 6 weeks later got another call to set up installation day. Installers showed up on time, were very polite and kept everything neat and clean. They had no problem installing my sliders and within 5 hours they were done. Perfect install, great product, friendly service and at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone, and I will use them again in a heartbeat. We were looking to replace our the French doors in our great room. Called in that national chain that advertises all over the place. Their slick hot shot salesman tried to sell us a way overpriced product on an interest free promotion that would have kept us making payments until we reached triple digits. Not so with Jasco. Down to earth, honest people who gave us a fair price for a great set of doors and an installer (Rich) who was born into the business and was a true craftsman. I went to six different companies and chose Jasco for my replacement windows. All the rest were high pressure sales types who just seemed shady ... The others (especially Andersen) were all more interested in giving their canned sales pitch and demonstrating their light & heat transmittance gadgets than answering my questions. Joe & Frank at Jasco are no nonsense straight shooters who quickly addressed any concerns that I had, plus I felt their "ProVia" window was better quality than the others I looked at. Had 2 doors installed a year ago, the storm doors are missing screws and was told they where on back order, now I just get that they will get back to me... the weather stripping is coming off both the doors and storm doors and the same thing is said we will get back to you.. poor manufacturer and poor follow service for warranty issues. read more

From the beginning this family owned company was reliable, knowledgeable and very patient with my husband and my millions of questions (okay, not millions but many). Many companies sub out the installation and we were looking for a full service company with in-house installers and that's what we found! Top notch service from beginning to end! Frank came to our house to measure and gave us a quote within a day! He was always available when we had questions regarding the windows and glass packages. We ended up going with a slightly better glass package and couldn't be happier. The installers were friendly, respectful, hardworking and extremely clean! I had one problem with a window (which was most likely my fault of how I opened it incorrectly to clean) and they sent over the installers to fix it without any hesitation. We will be using Jasco again in the future for basement windows and doors. read more

Do not buy from Jasco! Poor customer service! We did our last house in Jasco windows. We tried to get another quote. But they did not get back to us. we walked into the showroom on the weekend, the owner was in alone and he told us we never called because there was no record of paperwork in a very rude manor. I did call. Then when we asked if he could set something up while we were there he said no. When we said maybe they are doing well and are busy - he got even nastier. Don't buy from Jasco. read more

Jasco is a family run business and it shows. Joe, along with everyone else is friendly, kind and patient. He will explain every aspect of the product to you as well as answer any questions you may have. For whatever reason, the lock on my door failed so the key would not turn (through no fault of Jasco). They simply asked for the lock back and gave me a new one! My contractor tore the paint off some of my brand new door and Jasco offered to order me some touch-up paint free of charge. The moment you walk through that door, you know you will be taken of - like family. ... Update, downing to 3 Stars - the lock they gave me the 2nd time (a used one too! ) was broken. I went to get it fixed at a lock shop and they laughed saying it was a $10 lock and would cost $39 to fix it. read more

I initially purchased Jasco windows and doors over 30 years ago. The installation was good, and the windows and doors were well constructed. I recently needed to replace a large window and two sliders. Joe (the installer, not the owner) did a great job installing the window and the sliders. Make sure to ask for Joe to do the installation. Jasco replaced my front and rear entry doors today and what an AMAZING job they did! The doors are simply gorgeous... I really can't put into words just how happy I am with choosing Jasco. The men who came to install the doors were efficient and meticulous when it came to installing the doors which included making my front door frame larger (from 32 to 34 inches) which was much needed for the home but also quite a task! Watching them install the doors made me realize what a huge undertaking installing doors is and I truly appreciate all the work and craftsmanship that went into the job at my home. I want to thank everyone who was involved in installing my new doors... thank you so much for all the help, the beautiful showroom, answering all my questions, and providing my first home with my new husband with safe and sound doors. True story: I've have been lucky that my current storm door has lasted 20-years, but about every year to 2-years or so I need to replace the door handle. Reinstalling a door handle is not a big deal, but the problem I have always had is that the replacement latches never fit / reach the "thingy" it needs to latch on to, so I have been using the same latch for 20-years. Well, the latch sadly broke, and I had no way of replacing it. So I by chance stopped in to Jasco, and spoke to Joe and he says "Follow me", so I followed him to the work area / warehouse, he does some digging around and hands me an exact latch, just brand spanking shiny new!!! I just couldn't thank him enough!!! If I ever need a new storm door, I'm giving Jasco my business. read more

Had the worst experience at Jasco. Ordered replacement glass with frame for a storm door. Joe said it would take 1 week. I called back for the next consecutive 3 weeks and was told that they bulk order glass and currently not enough customer orders so I had to wait. Fast forward 2 months later. They lost the measurements to the frame. I provided new measurements and they said it would take a few days. Called back a week later and they said they lost my glass due to their move. They suggested I bring back the screen and start over. Worst part is they offered no apology or any other way to make things right. Stay away!!!! read more

Family company and I must say, after meeting with numerous Window companies getting quotes, they were the most reasonable, and reliable. Every time they said they would show up, they did, prices were what they said they were, and they cared for their work. We replaced every window in our house (some of which had 25 year old windows installed), and they were clean, efficient and did it in the time they said they would. The service we experienced at Jasco is the type of service I would expect from any company when spending this amount of money, yet oddly enough it's not common to get this kind of service these days. Im upset fake people post things on jasco's page people who do not leave numbers for them to correct the problem..these are competitors leaving fake comments because they have moved to a new and better location. i bought a door from them 10 years ago and it still works great i just had the screen fixed and the guy did it in 5 mn great service joe the owner great guy im very sad to see comments like that it seems like harassment in a way.. go democrats 2020. read more

We contacted Jasco in March 2015. We spoke to Joe, the owner, that we were looking to install a sliding glass door. Someone came over right away to give us an estimate. Great. We made up a contract and everything seemed ok. Several weeks go by and we contacted Jasco to find out when they will be coming by and the response we got was sometime soon. huh? What is that suppose to mean? It them over two months to finally come and install the door. Then when the door was installed the door leaked with heavy rain. We contacted Joe about this issue and we were told that these doors do not leak. Again it rained and it leaked again. The track filled with water and over flowed. We contacted Joe again and he stated he sent someone over there to look at it and they found nothing wrong. However they sent someone over to look at the door when no one was home. How can you look at the door when you are able to get inside to look at it? They also never installed the j hook for the screen door to lock into. Would not recommend. read more
