Probably the worst service I've ever had. Told the woman on the phone I wanted someone to help think of ways to enhance my large mirror. This guy came in my house... I knew he had bad energy the minute he stepped in. Only talked about how much he hated his wife, didn't help at all, and still charged me $98! That was "with tax" (original quote $90). Tax for what?! I built a new home, so I had a lot of glass and mirror (other than windows) requirements. I ordered a full wall mirrors for my home gym, several mirror closet doors, a colored tempered glass back splash, and glass around the vanity in my master bathroom. Each step of the way Randy provided me with updates, invoices and what got to be a friendly voice! I stopped in the shop fairly often to pay balances, schedule new things ready for measurements, etc. Ordered a lot, but it was a pleasant part of the process of building my house. Not only was their estimate competitively priced, the material and installation was done quicker than estimated and we are quite happy with their work and service. I called for a quote and I found out after the glass tech was writing up the thee He would need 90.00 plus tax that would be used toward the job...I called them to let them, know let them know that I was not told of this and said it is standard procedure....So i thought the quote was free since no one told on my original call that it would be 90.00 toward the invoice.... Agree with other customers who were treated poorly. In addition, when they came out to measure, the quote was for DOUBLE the estimate given before they came out...and our measurements were the same! The owner was illogically rude, called my husband and myself foul names and kicked us out of the store. If that was not enough, he did it in the presence of other customers. The owner is a liar and thief. I was quoted 450 by a female secretary for a custom glass table top and had the worker come out the next day and measure the table. When I called to confirm the price (as the guy was here), the owner answered and told me that the 450 was wrong and there was no way he could do it for that and said he would have to "work" out a price that would probably be around 600. The owner was extremely rude to me on the phone and had a giant attitude. I would definitely not recommend ever working with this company. They are in it for the money and don't do the right thing by their customers. read more

This business is a total rip off. I called because I had new carpeting done and I needed to realign the sliding closet doors. They charged me $100 for a service call after I told them exactly what needed to be done. The service man came and all he did was talk. They are not professional as he had no idea how to fix the closet doors. He did nothing and also he said that he felt he cannot fix the problem 100%. He said he had to get back to me with an estimate to align the doors. One week later he said to fix the closet doors it would be $650. What a rip off. I recommend that nobody use this company. I emailed them to get a price quote for a simple piece of glass. They came back with a quote that seemed high, double what someone else had quoted me. I wrote back to thank them and let them know that I am going a different route which I thought was the polite thing to do and they write back with a smart aleck remark. Kind of like a homeless person that asks for money and when you say sorry they curse you out... which just makes you go from feeling badly to feeling like you made the right choice by not giving them any money. These guys open when they like to. I have ordered a custom made glass top to be delivered the following week and we never got a call from them until two weeks later. I tried calling and going by their store to no avail! Store was closed with no sign posted or anything. I called my credit card company to tell them the situation and they refuted that they can take whatever time they want because they don't promise any return time. Do not go to these guys.
