They are honest. I initially called them out to replace a car key that I thought I lost. I ended up finding it when they started doing the work. Alcatraz discounted the job was very fair with the price. I will go my out way to use there service because to me its hard to find company with integrity, even though they have employees who complete the work Alcatraz makes sure that the employee pass what they stand for on to the customer. No answer or text within 2 weeks! i did call you directly myself left voicemails to absolutely no reply! i drove to your business and it always looked closed. i gave up as i really needed to get my FOB duplicate. i found another locksmith that was prompt and immediately answered and showed up within 25 mins (The local locksmith) with a unbeatable price. Shut out to Alcatraz locksmith. Shout out to Ruth and shout out to Ricardo. I took my 2001 Sequoia in a little less than a month ago. I had them re-key my ignition due to the key not working properly. Well, said key started acting up again and would not go into the ignition so needed this to say I was stuck. This was quite possibly the nicest experience I've ever had with any employee. Giovonni was incredibly quick and helpful when he came by after I had locked my keys in my car. Beyond helping me just to get inside my car to retrieve my phone and keys, I learned that he's genuinely a very helpful and nice guy.
