Our family was genuinely excited to dine at Mango's during our trip to Orlando. We had heard great things about the venue and were looking forward to enjoying a memorable meal together. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. To start with the positives, Mango's is absolutely beautiful. The décor, atmosphere, and overall aesthetic are impressive and create a vibrant, energetic environment. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the appearance of the venue. However, the dining experience was extremely disappointing. Our party of nine waited over two hours for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, one person in our group received their meal approximately 45 minutes before everyone else. No table should have to watch one guest eat while the rest wait nearly an hour for their meals. There were also issues with order accuracy. One member of our party ordered steak and rice but was served steak and french fries instead. After bringing the mistake to the staff's attention, the rice was never provided, and he was ultimately expected to accept the incorrect order. Service throughout the evening was inconsistent. At one point, our table of nine requested water and was initially given only a single bottle for the entire table. We had to repeatedly ask for additional water and other basic dining needs. What was most disappointing was the lack of resolution. We respectfully brought our concerns to a supervisor, hoping the situation would be addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, the response was underwhelming, and any accommodation offered felt more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to make things right. We came in excited to enjoy a family dining experience at one of Orlando's well-known venues. Instead, we spent much of the evening waiting, following up on missing items, and trying to resolve issues that should not have occurred in the first place. While Mango's delivers on atmosphere and appearance, the service, food timing, and customer care left our family disappointed. We sincerely hope management addresses these issues, because the venue itself has the potential to provide a much better experience than what we received. read more

You can reserve VIP seating with bottle service near the dance floor and center of the restaurant. Mango's has live music which is why we visited. The interior is modern yet traditional as you converge traditional paintings with neon lights. Mango's is a whole vibe! The wait at the bar was a bit extended, but the cocktails were expertly made. We dropped by after dinner to listen to music. The entertainment appeared to be a convergence speak easy, burlesque and hip hop...quite entertaining. So first I love ambiance it reminds me of an art deco, swanky jazz bar it has live music the walls have fun paintings and art so it's perfect for photos. Now I was a little disappointed bc they no longer have the arial show that they had years ago. The food was amazing all the drinks were great flavorful not watered down even the alcoholic and non-alcoholic ones, the lobster pasta was amazing, the salmon with creamy mushroom omg was actually to die for, it wasn't too salty or too fatty I was so full but just had to finish it cause it was that good. Someone at my table got creamy risotto and that was also amazing, the apps of fried calamari and Caribbean coconut shrimp were soooo delicious and with the sauces that come with it. This place?? A whole experience. It's giving Vegas + Miami + a telenovela dance battle. Yes, the drinks are a little pricey but honestly? You're getting way more than just a drink. There's acrobatic dancers flipping around, a full-on Bad Bunny mini concert vibe, and live performances that keep you entertained the whole time.The DJ was actually really good too played everything I wanted to hear, no weird mixes or buzzkills. I arrived early (6:10 PM) as suggested in order to get a good table without reservation and found the restaurant empty. Good tables (close to stage) remained available for until 8-9. The traditional dinner show no longer exists, according to the staff, having ended about two years ago. Meaning it makes no difference where you sit anyway. you could be in the second floor and you are not missing anything. The music inside was mostly 70s/80s English music, not the festive Latin environment I wanted. We were joking about when was the wedding ending and the party starting. The patio, where Latin music was supposedly available at 10, also lacked atmosphere. Not to mention, even though we were bored and waited until 10 just to have my son on his 21 birthday, dance with us at a club for the first time, they never played any music. By 10:20 PM, there was still no lively music or crowd. No dancing in the patio or inside. I had been to Mangos before and the dancers were amazing and the athmosphere too. We enjoyed our drinks and appetizers while watching live performances: s guitar player, dancers, and singers. The food was good, but the service was slow. They brought the ribs first, and after 10 minutes, they brought the Fajita. My girls were done eating when they finally brought my salmon. Thankfully, the DJ was not shy on his great repertoire, so I didn't focus on having my dish last. I was going to order another drink, but my server brought the ck. The hype of this place has always been for the shows and the club at night, but I was entertained and felt like the shows were great, and they had some decent food and drink packages to go with it. I actually came for a company event so I'm not sure how much it cost to actually get in for their regular selected club nights, but I do know they get packed fairly quickly ! Parking Lot is a bit smaller given the size of the restaurant , but they just now opened the new parking lot in case you can't find any in the front. Service was great and our waitresses were very helpful and attentive to our refills and wants. Given this was my first time I would say it was a great show and nice place to go, but I wasn't too impressed with the food. They're mainly known more for the drinks and the club scene. I still would recommend to come and check out their great entertainment and service. read more

Celebrated my birthday here with wifey. I was welcomed in the front entrance with a photoshoot, after that we were walked to our table. The ambiance was friendly. Good stage of latin presence. The entertainment was great! 2 hrs of theatrical singing/dancing from Columbia, Mexico, Cuba, Brazil. Additional to that, even had a Magic Show and Michael Jackson! A mixed flavor of everything. There was an after show that demonstrated art and music. It was really cool. The food on the other hand was just ok, not saying it was great but just ok. Had a filet mignon with potato and asparagus. My wife had the sea bass with Rice and asparagus. Seabass was very good but that orange rice they served us tasted spoiled! We brought it up to attention and did not want to make a big fuss about it. Filet Mignot was alittle overcooked. Again just ok. We did order a 96 ounce fish bowl with assorted alcohol. Now that was great loo! They gave me my cake and wished me happy birthday, which was a kind gesture. Overall, I recommend this place for a latin vibe. The show is a production which entertained my wife and I which all that matters. Congo line and dancing. Some of the hottest Latinas I have seen that exhibited talent. They both serve food and dance their butts off! Not to mention friendly service from my waiter. The attitudes of every individual worker here was welcoming. Which subseudes the average food. This is why I give this place 5 stars. The beauty of the people and great customer service!! They always attended to my needs. I recommend this place to have a latin experience. Overall we had a fantastic time! Service was good, dancers were good, drinks were excellent. However we got ripped off with the gratuity! BEWARE they tack on a 20% service charge on dinner snd at the bar but do not say anything about it! They're successful because of the effort they put into creating the perfect atmosphere to have fun with great music, an international representation and welcoming. But two things I'd like to underscore are its hard workers: from bathroom monitors to cooks and of course bartenders and servers - and the performers. I went here for a quick drink and apps... $120 dollars later. We asked for water and were given bottle water, without asking fine. Then when the bill came we were charged two service fees one 20% one 24% when mentioned we were told it was a computer glitch. This "cafe" turns litty lit at nights. Its a nightclub at night and there is a cover charge to get in. High security prior to walking in. They do bag and hat checks along with security wand around body. Parking is tight here unless you use the garage which has a charge. This is a 2 level ambience which consists of latin music floor level and hiphop / carribean music upper level. The bathrooms here is clean somewhat interesting. On the far left of the sink counter is array of body sprays, lotions and a tip bowl. Theres an older carribean lady inside the bathroom that hands you the paper towels to dry your hands. So I am assuming the tip bowl is hers. I never seen a service like that inside a nightclub. I guess this is the reason the bathrooms were clean enough. The lower level has the vip bottle service tables and booths. Also hookah options. They also serve bar food items here. Again its a different vibe as far as a nightclub. They have staff dancers twerking onstage not sure of its for tips or just purely for entertainment. I didn't see dollar bills flying around so I am assuming purely for entertainment. Not sure if they offer valet parking because we were interested in that service but we didn't see anyone on the curbside offering such service. The lower level was more packed with club goers than it was upstairs. Security from Orange county PD are in the presence of the venue in case things get a little wild. They are present towards the exit doors. The way they place admission here is by a glow in the dark stamp. There is a entrance fee here after 9pm I believe. So no bracelets to wear which is a nice touch to this nightclub. Of course id checks are standard towards entering. They had a Halloween theme going on the night we went so i saw 1 couple in costumes. The smoke effect they do is also a nice touch along with the strobe lights effects. The nightclub smells good surprisingly and that is also an interesting thing to have in a nightclub. Lower level seems warmer than upper level possibly due to level of crowds. I am not really a nightclub person but this place was actually not bad as far as what it carried! My cousins thought the mixed drinks were strong which is a good judgement for their bar services. Feels like you are in Miami without actually being in Miami. My boyfriend took me to this amazing nightclub and made a VIP table reservation. We got private entry skipping the line, was escorted directly to the VIP sections, got served with a full bottle of alcohol of choice with fun lights and got clicked pictures. Worth it in my opinion. The DJ was just amazing. I enjoy Salsa and Zumba dancing for many years and I absolutely loved the music and the song selection. The mixing and vibe was great. Enjoyed dancing to most of the Latino beats. Lots of lights and fully happening club. Hookah setup seemed good too(I don't smoke so i don't know). Mangos has completely changed from Covid. There is no longer a show during dinner, even worse, there is a big black curtain that blocks the view of the stage while eating on the patio (which is also blocked from view to the outside of the club) we went on a Saturday night and it was "international night" but all we heard was electronic music that was very odd and not the type of music mangos would have played 3 years ago. They also force a 20% tip on the check which was not the case before. The upstairs is not a club anymore but a fine dining restaurant owned by mangos so the music does not even get fun till around midnight once everyone in that "fine dining" restaurant leaves. If you are looking for a good time, just head over to Cuba libre down the street, they have remained the same even after Covid. For mangos, I'm not sure why they have allowed for their magnificent club to turn into this shell of what it used to be, but after this most recent visit, we will never come back. Also, they did not change the website, it still says that you get a show, but you don't. Good luck to anyone coming here and expecting what they used to get in 2019. read more
