There is even a grooming station with supplies to freshen up after floating in the salt chamber or sweating in the sauna. It is required to shower before & after the salt water floating, and earplugs are provided so the salt doesn't get in your ears. I actually went in after sleeping in a weird position last night so this was a good reset! It's like laying down with just support - zero pressure points! I was in there for 90 minutes.
