There's no judgement at all, and plenty of patience. The only downside is not their fault, it's because of the manufacturer of the interlock devices. The units themselves take time to get used to. From the start of the installation there were issues with the system not working - yes the main employee even gave us an override code to drive without having to blow for a few days. We moved from CA to TX and then were assured that there was a place to get calibration done as well as removals and installs - lies. Three weeks later we have it installed and we have texted - called - left messages and no response. Now a week before we are due to be charged and us threatening court they yell at us and tell us to keep it, refuse to remove it without charges not in "contract". I'm taking them to court. BEWARE
