This is embarrassing to admit that I got a DUI but it is even more embarrassing that I was taken advantage of by this company. Not to mention that I was also receiving calls from other similar companies warning me about this "Company". I just went ahead with them because they were "Cheaper". I have already paid a total of $1,100 with this program, I am trying to comprehend on how I am saving money but I am not. I am spending the exact amount I would've paid if I did this on my own. What is even crazier is the fact that I had a friend who worked in the same building complex and mentioned it look extremely sketch and at times it reeked of reefer. Lazy, Out of Touch scam company. Got a phone call from them a while back ago and they told me the steps of how I can get my Drivers License back. Enroll in a DUI class, file for a SR22, and install a breathalyzer in your vehicle. It was $300+ for that information, or you can google it yourself for free. read more

They are going to call you and greet you hoping you're doing okay then they say that they know you cited. I got scared, I was scared I had no idea what to do. They insisted that they can help and I trusted them because they said they guarantee that I can get my license reinstated. I pay the fee of $395 and from there told that I will be getting a call back. I get a call back from a DUI Specialist who is just telling me what I already know, DUI classes, Interlock and SR-22 so I am wondering what did I pay for??? Just to do what I already know??? Not sure how they are able to solicit criminal records and basically sell you free info , it's not worth the money to have your hand held, they use fear mongering tactics to persuade you while you're already fearful and compromised . They overwhelm you with the future before it has arrived to make themslevs look like a hero when in reality it's telemarketing scam . They will tell you it's refundable verbally but the fine print says the opposite. Emailing from no - reply addresses , the numbers disconnected as soon as you hang up . They contacted me, which should have been my first clue that they were a scam. I fell for it because I had never had my physical driver's licence taken and not returned. I thought that is what they would help me with. The sheriff's office told me they sounded like they were committing fraud. They then advised me to contact Consumer Affairs for LA County, which I did. Ever since then, I have I have been simply trying to get a refund. I looks like mediation LA CC&BA wont work with them and that I'll have to take them to court.
