I have a very positive attitude and credit my active lifestyle and taking care of myself physically for making that positive attitude possibile. It constantly confuses me when I see men at the gym continually staring at mirrors. I understand that they are always looking at their bodies to see that their workouts make them attractive to women. Although these men spend hour after hour trying to look attractive physically, they pay little or no attention to the way their faces look. Many of their faces have acne, blemishes, dark spots and other facial skin conditions that are seen by women. Sorry guys, but women don't just look at your well sculpted bodies.
