Took the time to stroll through the entire location to check out the inventory. Excellent selection of garden stuff, Amish food items and produce. I will definitely return. My main issue was that the price of each item was not clearly shown on the label of each product. In addition, a description and price of each individual product purchased was not listed on the sales receipt. It was also not easy to determine who was employed there and available to answer questions. The young lady who worked as the cashier was not cordial or engaging and didn't appear to be thrilled to be at work. She spent most of her time looking at her cell phone. I am considered "old school" and grew up at a time when cell phones were not available for use. I am also employed by a company that prioritizes engaging the customer. I make homemade beauty products, so I can get my essential oils, glass bottles and carrier oils at a reasonable price. I love the selection of vitamins, wholistic products and accessories too. The have apparel, plant based protein powders and a smoothie bar with a large menu. The staff is very knowledgeable of their merchandise. I had several of the staff offered to assist me during my visit there. They even made recommendations that cost less than the items I had selected. It appears they aren't money driven but want their customer to have the best item for their needs. My next visit I'll have a list of what I need so I'm better prepared. Well, today I saw on Facebook they had a fruit cup with chocolate and pistachio syrup. Okay, I'm down for that! Omg... it's amazing! The chocolate is so rich and creamy. Their strawberries and blueberries were just ripe and perfect. The little crunch pieces give it so much extra flavor too. It's a bit overwhelming and the pistachio flavor did get lost in the chocolate. The quality definitely reflects the price though. Now, would I come back and get this again knowing it's $13.99 for a small cup? I'm still debating that. Maybe every once in a while when I have a craving for some GOOD quality chocolate. The lady there was very sweet and she gave my son a chocolate square that had some crushed nuts in it. So much better than any milk chocolate I've had. We saw the Mediterranean bakery closed at 9 and we didn't want them to close. We decided against Maria's and just went to get some falafel. We ordered and were perusing the menu afterward, we noticed that the kitchen actually closed at 7. I said all of that to say this...The falafel sandwich (plus the side of falafel) was the best and freshest falafel we have ever had, it was amazing. Also, even though the employee knew we were there after the kitchen closed, he never said a word about it and made our order without a problem, we would have never ordered from the kitchen if we knew it was closed. I just want to say that I appreciate this employee so much and the falafel was the best we have ever had. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and appreciate the amazing customer service.
