Unfortunately, since the beginning of 2026 the seafood department has DRAMATICALLY gone downhill. After visiting numerous times over the years, I FINALLY found someone behind that counter I truly trusted and adored. I was often ignored by Bob who every time I approached their counter seemed to just have his hands in his pockets, then literally walk away from me to allow someone else take care of me. There was a man named "Frankie"? who was always enthusiastically taking care of us. Unfortunately, after almost 4 months of not seeing my favorite attendant at that counter, I inquired and was informed by a male worker he had since left. In my opinion, I wish those in control had fought to keep such a great asset. I love this charming grocery store located in Naples Florida. I came in to pick up some groceries for my stay over Memorial weekend. This was my first time at the store. They had everything I needed and more. The store is so clean and well organized. As you walk in, the right side of the store has what looks to be every type of wine you can imagine. As I made my way through the isles, I noticed they had all of my favorites. I usually have to go to a few different stores to get everything I want. Not this time! They have a great deli selection as well as a beautifully displayed produce section. I just felt good being there and told my husband that at the time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I go to Wynn's quite often and am happy with the products. Also, the sandwich shop, juice bar, bakery, and deli are excellent! The check-out experience has always been excellent for me too. I agree with the comments about prices being too high for most of the prepared meals. I have been buying them occasionally since 2014 but during the past 2-3 years they have become so expensive I usually take a pass. The prepared salads are a bit pricey but are fresh and provide a meal. Today, April 5, 2026, Easter, I looked on my phone to make sure the store was open. I planned on getting a prepared meal and a sandwich. I noticed the comment that "Easter may affect our hours". Does that mean they will open later and/or close early? I continued the search on my phone and found that they were open, so I drove 4-5 miles (each way) out of my way only to find at about noon that they were closed. So, why didn't the message just say "Closed Easter Day"? Three words! This is the kind of ignorance and stupidity that is inexcusable and does a lot of damage to customer relations. What exactly happened to the inflated pricing here....during season. I used to frequent Wynns weekly, living full time in N. Naples. Today, I see a prepared turkey dinner for EIGHTEEN DOLLARS + Tax (no doubt)......Not very crowded & I assume this would be the reason!! I might try to return in June, but not before.....sorry, I understand you are high end, but frankly the turkey dinner is the only prepared dinner you have that's any good....back to Fresh Market for us. read more

Parents lived in Naples from 1983 and we followed from 2012 until 2023. Wynn's remains a wonderful memory and one of several fond memories that I truly miss from our time in Naples. Lobsters for New Years Eve when the employees recognized me as a year round resident and literally rescued me,and our lobsters, from the seasonal crush! Much had changed from the decorum of my parent's era as well as the erratic weather of climate change during their 17 years with no hurricanes to our three monster storms within eight years. Add to that, five different physicians, all gone consierge and police attendance at HOA meetings, vanishing insurance and we packed up all our cares and woes singing bye bye Naples. Great experience at this store today! I was looking to buy flowers and found out that the florists in the area closed at 5. Say what! Thankfully Wynn's was just around the corner and had flowers. The person who checked me out was awesome. Asked me if I wanted a box so the vase would not spill and skillfully and creatively created a case using a box and paper. I also notice him complimenting and thanking other staff members. I should have gotten his name...is probably going to be CEO someday. read more

My opinion is that they must not sell food that's ready to expire. Make sure to look at the dates then they throw it all in the garbage they do not give to the poor like Salvation Army or Saint Matt any food and they sell it to the customer even up until the last day, so make sure to read the expiration dates I have spent $129 but a salad to salad and lobster salad. They were all Expired for the next following day.! They do not even give it to their employees or family members. I'd rather throw it in the garbage can or sell it to the consumer. It should be the other way around. They should give the best stuff to the consumer and give the rest to their employees if they want rather than throw it in the garbage can or sell it to the public other than that, their food is fantastic as long as you read that you're buying fresh food read more

While this may not be one of the lowest cost markets, we have found that it can be on many items if you check the website or circular. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of their fresh chicken breast and ground meats, excellent! Far superior to Publix (although that isn't difficult). Think Whole Foods is expensive and uppity? Wynn's takes it to an entire new level. I've never seen such egregious markups on produce, packaged foods, fresh foods - you name it. The markup is insane. Easily 3x as expensive as Publix or Trader Joe's for the *exact same* products. Oh, and don't be vegan or plant based. The vegan tax at Wynn's is laughable. I saw vegan cheeses for $17! The same product is $5 at Whole Foods. I realize everyone's gotta make a profit - but this level of greed is inexplicable. read more

This is a great market for hard to find imported food items. I get my balsamic reduction here, olive oils, French baguette, and their single prepared dinners remind me of a home made dinner as a kid. My favourite is the stuffed shells but any of the Italian dishes are up to par. Imported cheeses, prepared and wrapped baked brie ready for your oven is in the bakery and their bakery have a beautiful assortment of treats, lemon bars--yes! Allll of their produce is ripe and never watered down like much of the fruit around the country since Covid. No idea if there is a correlation, but the fresh produce is perfect and one of the only places where their fresh squeezed OJ tasted like actual fresh OJ. My favorites are: - A wonderful bakery that makes homemade breads, cakes and pastries (inside secret... ask for the par baked French baguette that they keep behind the bakery counter, pop it in the over for 10 minutes and you'll swear you're in Paris. Also the coconut cake!) - Fish counter with a wide variety of super fresh fish, including some that you will not find elsewhere such as branzini from Greece - Produce area is vast - Good sized wine selection - Cheese bar with just about every type of cheese you can imagine - Prepared foods and soups (homemade chicken pot pie is to die for) - Many specialty and ethnic items - Everything else you'd expect at a grocery store It is not the cheapest grocery store but I feel it is worth the price for the quality and variety. However, you may want to get your everyday items like canned and packaged goods elsewhere. Stopped by here when I was in Naples to work for the day. It is just like a Fresh Market- pricey foods items that you wont find at Publix. I was looking for some lunch and this was literally 2 min down from where I was working. I wound up getting a pre-made sandwich from their vast selection of pre-made foods. $7.99 for a turkey and fig spread sandwich on wheat bread. Not a bad price, if it was a good sandwich. The bread was boring, the fig spread was too sweet and the turkey was mediocre and dry. I then got in line to pay. The place was packed at 1230. All registers were open, but I got in the slowest line imaginable. Poor little older lady cashier was trying, but it took her 15 min to ring up the 3 people in front of me, most of who had 5 or less items. It was aggravating but lucky for me I was heading home after and not back to work or I would have maybe not been so understanding. Even the older lady in front of me with only a shrimp tray to pay for was worried that the shrimp might be getting too warm standing in line. I probably won't be stopping by here again when I am in town for work. I just dont wan't to waste my money or time. However, they do have a fairly large selection of gourmet foods, so if you are in the market for that, and have patience, then why not give the place a go. read more

What a treasure to be found in Naples! Hadn't been in Naples in many years, and hardly recognized the place. Yet in spite of its awful growth and sprawl, Wynn's still a neighborhood-kind-of-place with an impressive assembling of fresh baked goods, gorgeous fresh fish and seafood, lovely steaks and roasts, plenty of pre-made-to-dishes to take home to enjoy. This isn't the place to shop for TP and toothpaste, but you'll find interesting, delicious stuff in every corner. .terrific customer service is quite a nice surprise! The service at the register was beyond horrible!! This used to be one of the best stores in all of Naples . It has changed . The young cashiers are incredibly rude and should not be in the service industry . When called back to speak to manger after being treated so poorly I was greeted by lisa when I asked if she was a manger she just said again this is lisa how can i help you in a very unfriendly way. she said there was no manger there. I find it hard to believe there is now manger on duty on Saturday at 4:00 in the afternoon in the middle of season. Wynn's used to be excellent, but it has fallen recently to inedible. Wynn's is an upscale, expensive market noted for its meat and seafood. Prime rib eye, for example, can cost over $35/lb, but it was the best in town. However, in the past few moths the quality has gone down noticeably. The Prime steaks can be gristly. I bought a cod fillet recently and after putting it in my home refrigerator I noticed how foul it smelled. In fact, my refrigerator still smells from it 3 days later! I brought it back to the store and wanted to speak to the manager to let him know of these problems so that he could take corrective actions, but he "could not" speak to me so I left my phone number. He never called. In summary, now Wynn's is an uncaring, overpriced market selling poor quality food for the rich Naples folks. At least one can gawk at the Bentleys, Ferraris, Aston Martins in the parking lot! Too bad, I used to love their meats and shopped there weekly. read more

We always love Wynn's and we will Probably not be loved by this feedback. They have great food and great people but I have to say that the 134.00 dollar prime prime rib for Christmas is as but as average as you can get it. Tryst me I know how to cook this and have done a few a year for years! It was medium rare and looked great but was fairly tough in spite of the marbling fat throughout. It basically was an average cut of meat for a lot of money! I'll still go back. I just wish they accepted feedback. Ordered a large salmon for a dinner party and it was very dry. They did not want the feedback then. I guess I don't know who's in charge of feedback. I'll stick to the chunky chicken salad and a few meatballs and veggies but I'll have to think twice about this. read more

An exceptionally clean market place. I needed some fruits to keep in my motel room for midnight snacks, during my stay in Florida because most restaurants are closed at 9:00pm in this town of Naples. I am used to eating late in Chicago. So my friend brought me here to get what I need. Really fresh produce. I bought apples, oranges and mangoes. This is an awesome little market that's carries some powerfully wonderful products. With common products as well - for a premium price. Their fish counter, meat, deli, bakery, etc. all have top-notch products. I especially love their in-house packaged prepared meals to go. Wynn's also seem to be expanding their wine selection at a pace that I have to wonder, "why so many?" Of course the answer is $$$. They are known for their coconut cake. Cute place with an awesome cheese selection and decent wine selection. There are a bunch of items to take home and reheat if you don't feel like cooking. We got an Oreo cake to bring to my dad's for Valentine's Day and it was really good. We've gotten some fish to grill and the quality was excellent. read more
