I can't wait to go back for raspberry picking! It's a beautiful roast ... probably Select Grade, since it was about $120. But there is plenty of fat in the cap. If this beauty doesn't taste worth a damn, it's on me. Notice that I rubbed it with dry rosemary, course black pepper, Kosher salt and lemon zest. It will sit in the fridge overnight and roast low and slow on Christmas Day. We also picked up bacon, breakfast sausage and Dearborn hot dogs (I'm a hot dog junkie). All of it was fresh and tasty, The service here is spot-on. Not only do they answer questions, but they also give you exactly what you order ... along with some advice. That's old-school, and it's too bad that there aren't more places like this anymore. Staff has always been friendly and the store is very clean. I recommend downloading the app to get rewards points as well.
