Last few times in no hello do you need help nothing and today again looking for shoes for a wedding no greeting, the girl barely even looked up and customer service was just lacking completely. She did look like she had stuff she was doing near the register but she had no engagement until I asked to see a pair and still super dull while helping if you call it that. Mind you I was the only one in the whole store and it was early. It was not the end of the day and they were closing or something. I still am a fan of the store in general but will be skipping this location.

Greeted upon entrance and the girls working were very personable, even the manager was too and that's always a great thing. I came in to eye their sunglasses and left with just that, but was very much drawn to a bag on display. Service: Wonderful Product: I loved them and have received compliments. My sister AND niece tried to steal them from me. smh family. Ambiance: Store was clean, product was neat and not sparse. Friendly atmosphere. Bright.

Customer service - awesome Variety of shoes- very good Shoes available in size asked for- excellent Sales going on- excellent (40% off second pair) My sister came in here needing shoes for a conference she is attending. They have tons of great shoes at very affordable prices. The sales gals are great but as packed as the store is, they should have had more help on duty. We waited a long time for someone to get the shoes from the back...

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service -- From a Longtime Customer…read moreI have never written a negative review, but after nearly two months of trying unsuccessfully to resolve a relatively simple problem with Champs Sports/Foot Locker, I feel other customers should know about my experience. I purchased a soccer jersey at the Champs Sports store in Scottsdale Fashion Square after an employee retrieved it from a high shelf for me and assured me it was a size Large. Relying on that representation, I purchased it without checking the size myself. When I got home, I discovered it was actually a 2X. I returned to the store two days later and had inadvertently brought the wrong Champs receipt. I was told I could exchange the jersey or return later with the correct receipt for a refund. Because the store is some distance from my home, I decided to exchange it. I selected a pair of Under Armour pants from a rack where the tagged pants were priced at $100. The pair I selected had no price tag, and I was told the price was $110. Even after I produced another pair from the same rack with a $100 tag, the employee insisted the price was $110 and told me I could verify it online. I did exactly that--the Champs website showed the pants at $100. What transformed a frustrating store experience into an unacceptable one was what happened afterward. Beginning July 20, I contacted Foot Locker Customer Care online and subsequently sent written complaints to Foot Locker's corporate headquarters and senior management. I received an automated acknowledgment, but no substantive response. A week later, Foot Locker Customer Care actually sent me a survey asking "how we did on your recent request." I responded to the survey and specifically stated that no one had ever contacted me regarding my complaint. Even that received no response. When Customer Care failed to address my complaint, I escalated the matter further and wrote directly to Ann Freeman, President & CEO of Foot Locker, and George Jenkins, SVP, Store Operations & Customer Experience, after previously sending my complaint to other senior corporate personnel. Despite these repeated efforts to reach someone with the authority to address the problem, no one ever contacted me to resolve it. After nearly two months of trying to obtain assistance, on September 7 I finally gave up and returned to the store simply to resolve the original jersey issue. Despite having paid approximately $40 for the jersey, I was told I would now receive only a $22 refund/store credit. The original problem was not complicated. An employee gave me the wrong size, and I returned to the store only two days later. What is most disappointing is that a straightforward customer-service issue was allowed to drag on for nearly two months despite my repeated written efforts to obtain assistance--including contacting Foot Locker's senior management. I had been a loyal Champs customer. This experience has completely changed my opinion of both Champs Sports and Foot Locker. A company should not insulate it management and make it this difficult for a customer to reach someone with the authority and willingness to resolve a legitimate problem.

Over the years, I would drive by the Seville Shopping Center, and I would see the shops and…read morerestaurants there as I passed. I probably only stopped by once to stop by a restaurant previously; however, this past weekend, I found myself stopping by there to visit Sole Sports. I recently learned that I needed stability running shoes to complement my orthotics. When I entered Sole Sports, I met Jess right away who fully understood exactly what I needed. She measured my feet and asked me a bunch of questions. Then, she brought out various pairs of shoes and walked me through trying them on with my orthotics. I learned that I should be considering a shoe size a half-size larger than what I thought I needed. That certainly made a huge difference! I got some good ideas of what I wanted to do moving forward, and while the prices seemed quite a bit more than what they are online (similar to any physical store), they offered me a discount since I was referred to Sole Sports by a doctor. Sole Sports is a locally owned, specialty running and walking store based in Phoenix. They strive to be an alternative to big box stores and online shopping. In addition to offering a wide variety of running and walking gear, they host weekly training runs, support local running clubs & youth programs, sponsor local races and donate a lot of money back into our local community. You can learn more about Sole Sports by going to their website (https://solesports.runfreeproject.com) where you can shop online, find out about training programs, locate all five of their stores, better understand the fit process, learn about upcoming events, and read up on blog entrees. This particular location is open on weekdays from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Just as Sole Sports strives to do, I experienced top-notch service while checking out quality products. I plan on returning to Sole Sports in the future!

I recently ran a local race and we picked up our race packets from this store. I found out this store is locally owned. I really want to support locally owned businesses. I did get sized and the lady that was helping me was definitely gigglingly and fun. She brought out some trainers she thought that might work for me. I did end up buying a pair of trainers. The service was ok but not what I thought I would get in a running specialty store. I got spoiled from visiting another running store in Florida I guess. I didn't ask about discounts or pricing but I did want to support local. Maybe it was just a rushed and busy day for them. I do like my shoes and glad I supported a locally owned business.

I like that this mall has high end stores but it also has stores for everyone else. There's a food court and a movie theater, too. Some of my favorite stores include Sephora, Lululemon, VS/VS Pink, and Jo Malone. I don't come very often even though it's less than 10 minutes from work. The parking situation is usually a nightmare and the traffic around the mall doesn't help. I feel like it's congested everywhere around the mall all the time. I do stop in once in a great while if I really need something. It's very clean and they are always opening new stores. The food court has a pretty good selection of cuisines, but if you're looking for anything fancy, you won't find it there. If parking was a breeze, I would probably come in more often, but I guess that's a good thing, lol. Happy shopping!
