Last few times in no hello do you need help nothing and today again looking for shoes for a wedding no greeting, the girl barely even looked up and customer service was just lacking completely. She did look like she had stuff she was doing near the register but she had no engagement until I asked to see a pair and still super dull while helping if you call it that. Mind you I was the only one in the whole store and it was early. It was not the end of the day and they were closing or something. I still am a fan of the store in general but will be skipping this location.

Greeted upon entrance and the girls working were very personable, even the manager was too and that's always a great thing. I came in to eye their sunglasses and left with just that, but was very much drawn to a bag on display. Service: Wonderful Product: I loved them and have received compliments. My sister AND niece tried to steal them from me. smh family. Ambiance: Store was clean, product was neat and not sparse. Friendly atmosphere. Bright.

Customer service - awesome Variety of shoes- very good Shoes available in size asked for- excellent Sales going on- excellent (40% off second pair) My sister came in here needing shoes for a conference she is attending. They have tons of great shoes at very affordable prices. The sales gals are great but as packed as the store is, they should have had more help on duty. We waited a long time for someone to get the shoes from the back...

I probably only stopped by once to stop by a restaurant previously; however, this past weekend, I found myself stopping by there to visit Sole Sports. I recently learned that I needed stability running shoes to complement my orthotics. When I entered Sole Sports, I met Jess right away who fully understood exactly what I needed. She measured my feet and asked me a bunch of questions. Then, she brought out various pairs of shoes and walked me through trying them on with my orthotics. I learned that I should be considering a shoe size a half-size larger than what I thought I needed. That certainly made a huge difference! I got some good ideas of what I wanted to do moving forward, and while the prices seemed quite a bit more than what they are online (similar to any physical store), they offered me a discount since I was referred to Sole Sports by a doctor. Sole Sports is a locally owned, specialty running and walking store based in Phoenix. They strive to be an alternative to big box stores and online shopping. In addition to offering a wide variety of running and walking gear, they host weekly training runs, support local running clubs & youth programs, sponsor local races and donate a lot of money back into our local community. You can learn more about Sole Sports by going to their website (https://solesports.runfreeproject.com) where you can shop online, find out about training programs, locate all five of their stores, better understand the fit process, learn about upcoming events, and read up on blog entrees. This particular location is open on weekdays from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Just as Sole Sports strives to do, I experienced top-notch service while checking out quality products. I plan on returning to Sole Sports in the future!

It's a 45 min mat pilates class taught by Abby and Melanie. May 30th was their last rooftop class for now until it gets cooler out again. My cousins happened to find the event and 4 of us joined since there was a 2 for 1 deal (about $11 each!). It was my first time taking a mat pilates class and I loved it, minus the burning sun part. If this were in spring or fall, it would be perfect! I parked one below in the shade and as soon as I walked up, I could already hear the music the dj had on and it was just my kinda music. Surrounding the grass area were different vendors including Starbucks, a matcha bar, skin care, tarot, gummies, protein bars, bread and cookies, women's health, massages, IV shots, health coaching and merch. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. After the class ended, we browsed the vendors. I purchased some gummies (hair/nails and energy), had a quick tarot reading done, grabbed some freebies and 2purchased matchas. Would love to take more mat pilates classes in the future
