I don't usually leave reviews but I actually had a really good experience here so I wanted to say something. I went in kind of unsure what I was looking for and Kalead helped me out. He was super chill and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. He asked a few questions, brought out a couple options that actually matched what I wanted, and explained things in a way that made sense. It didn't feel like he was just trying to sell me something, he actually wanted me to find something I liked. He was also just really easy to talk to which made the whole thing way less awkward than most shoe stores. I ended up getting a pair I'm really happy with. If you go here I'd definitely ask for Kalead, he made the whole experience way better. read more

Aldo and this location specifically are great. Upon walking in, Michelle was a friendly and attentive associate who helped me find a couple of nice pairs to choose from. Miles is knowledgeable about precise considerations when it comes to selecting a shoe. Together, we chose a pair. Maren was beside the cash register and told me about Aldo's company practices, such as sustainability. The subject came up when discussing their shoe box's integrated handle, which makes it so that each shoe box doesn't require a shipping bag. The pair of shoes themselves are excellent. My first day wearing them included an unexpected walk of well over six miles. I experienced zero discomfort breaking in the new shoes during the walk. I highly recommend this brand, location and all three of the aforementioned associates. read more

Last few times in no hello do you need help nothing and today again looking for shoes for a wedding no greeting, the girl barely even looked up and customer service was just lacking completely. She did look like she had stuff she was doing near the register but she had no engagement until I asked to see a pair and still super dull while helping if you call it that. Mind you I was the only one in the whole store and it was early. It was not the end of the day and they were closing or something. Greeted upon entrance and the girls working were very personable, even the manager was too and that's always a great thing. I came in to eye their sunglasses and left with just that, but was very much drawn to a bag on display. Service: Wonderful Product: I loved them and have received compliments. The location in Scottsdale mall is not open during their posted store hours. I went on two different days to make a return and every other mall store was open but them. The employee from the store across from them saw me sitting outside the store with my aldo box and came up to tell me that I shouldn't wait because they never open at a scheduled time. He said they showed up at 2pm the day before to open when they should have been open at 11. When I finally made it there on a day they were open, there were two employees working and one of them had no idea how to do anything on the computer for a return. While the other ran around trying help help all the other customers in the store. When I asked why they weren't open during their posted hours, she said their manager quit and they had no staff. read more

Terrible customer service and customer satisfaction. Bought a pair of sandals in store, and wore them one time only to find out that the material is so cheap and the plastic part of the front of the shoe cuts you. Went to try and return them due to the poor quality and the fact they literally cut my feet, only to be told they dont do returns if worn and to contact customer service. I explained how would anyone know that the shoe would literally cut you while wearing them unless you have worn them out once.. but still she insisted that its store policy and to contact customer service and that odds are customer service wont take them back either and also no customer service warehouses located in AZ so i would have to pay to send them back if instructed to. Definitely will think twice before ever shopping in another Aldo again due to terrible policies, customer satisfaction, and quality of shoe. read more

I usually love shopping at Aldo but I wont be returning to the Scottsdale location due to lack of customer service. I went in there not to long ago looking at accessories for my wedding dress. I wasn't for sure which items I wanted so I asked the employee if I could buy multiple earrings/accessories and return the ones I wasn't going to use. I was told YES, so I proceeded with my purchase. I came into the store 07/30/2018 to return the items not used and I was told no because it was a health concern. I understand if that is the policy but I was told I could. I wouldn't have bought everything under the sun if I was not going to be able to return the items I didn't want. She finally agreed to let me return them after giving me dirty looks as if I was being a pest. I then proceeded to return a pair of shoes I did not want and only had the packaging slip. She encouraged me to contact customer service so that they could help me since I didn't have the receipt. I asked her, "what is your customer services phone number." She replied, "you'll have to google it." Ummmmmm you work here and you don't know a phone number that you probably use a lot or have it written down incase of situations such as these? and GOOGLE IT? Merchandise and set up is Typical Aldo. Usually the staff at Aldo is annoyingly persistent about trying to get you matched up with a pair of shoes for $49... seems like ALL their shoes are $49.... Anyhoos, I had to track somebody down to assist me... then I had to persuade them to let me buy the shoes. If hadn't NEEDED these shoes I would have just gone to another shoe store. read more

ALDO is the best! I don't buy shows from them very often, but hand bags.... YES PLEASE! All of my favorite bags come from ALDO. They last pretty well too, I over use them for sure, so I shorten their life but by no fault of their own then the fact that they are so cute! They also have awesome sales all the time. Last purchase was a beautiful cream/pink leather tote, its huge, i get made fun of, but I do not care! She is beautiful! And perfect for carrying my "junk" and tablet. Must check them out! read more

I went to ALDO the store in the Glendale Mall, set to buy 5 pair of stiletto shoes for work, and the customer service was horrendous. They hire these flighty high school girls or late teen early 20 year olds that are more Interested in flirting and saying inappropriate things to male customers and completely ignore the female customers. I waited 25 mi utes for shoes to try on that never came out. Spending $100 dollars a shoe is not worth my money or time when your customer service is this dismissive and offensive to female customers. I will NEVER spend my money here again. read more
