My a/c system was replaced yesterday by Aldon. I picked them because my interaction with the company a year ago when it was hot, my system wasn't working and my dog was having breathing problems. I was racing to the Vet as I left a message at Aldon's. Got a call while at the vets and the woman on the phone telling me she'd get someone there ASAP. The tech was at my house when I got home. Great pricing for the new system and with this cornavirus scare upon us, the installers were observant to being sanitary. Family owned and operated and I joined into that family. I called Aldons again for service because of the great previous experience. Heath, the service tech, again did a great job. I am well pleased with the work that was done. But, when I called this time, a guy named Mike called me before the tech arrived, and said I had to pay before any work was done. i told him I was a happy previous customer. He said, it doesn't matter who you are, and that previous customers were worse at not paying. I had 2 units serviced on the same trip, but had to pay for travel time twice, (per my invoice). Today, I called to talk to Dan, the owner. Mike said he will rarely ever return any calls, and that I could deal with him. It appears that Mike will cause Aldons to lose the great reputation that was built over 45+ years. He lost my respect and it's a shame. I still hope that Dan will call me or read this, because I think he needs to know about this. read more

It's like a blast from the past. A company that not only stands behind its work and products, but does not quit until the customer is 110% satisfied! My problem was an inconsistent, intermittent noise. It took 3 tries, but they continued to believe that I really did hear something (LOL); they never gave up. The final fix took 2 experts more than 3 hours. All under warranty. You just don't find this level of service anymore!!! read more

We are fairly new to Deltona and did not know who to call when the temperature starting getting miserable in the house. We found paperwork on our AC unit and found that Aldons installed our unit when the house we bought was remodeled. Today being Saturday we weren't sure we were going to get ahold of anybody. We left a message and the owner Andonia called us back very quickly. We were going to have someone come out tomorrow (Sunday), she called me back in just a matter of minutes and said a tech would come out in about 30 minutes if that was okay. I wanted to share that this company is so great with customer service that they went over and above to help a non-customer in time of need. I had stopped at the Wendy's with my granddaughter and lock my purse- with phone and keys inside. Wendy's would not let me call for help/ they did place a call but did not ask that person to call AAA for help. We walked to this business- they immediately offed me a phone - asking if they could help in any way. I have had to use them 3 times now in the last 6 months. They do respond quickly but this is the last time I will call them. Every time I use them, something else inconveniently breaks. Low and behold, this time it's the coolant leaking from a valve right next to the compressor they just replaced. Surprise, that isn't covered under the warranty for the other parts I have had replaced. I have spent over $2000.00 dollars in repairs and now this. Replacing the entire system should have been their recommendation from the beginning. read more

We love ALDON'S! They are simply the best heating and air company out there. They are kind, courteous, timely and definitely know their business. ALDON'S literally SAVED US from a highly unscrupulous company that literally stole $400 from us and tried to get an additional $1800 for a part that was not needed and was actually under warranty! From my initial "HELP!" call to ALDON'S I felt like I was in good hands. ALDON'S listened, asked a few questions and literally came out, figured out what was really wrong, assured me my unit was under warranty, ordered the correct parts and loaned us a small unit until they could get the parts in and had it up and running in just a couple of days. ALDON'S Tech's even tweaked a few things that weren't up to their standards from the original purchase installation by another company 7 years ago! My unit is running as quiet and efficiently as when we first had it installed and we are beyond pleased.
