Tech couldn't figure out what he had done wrong...so he left and we had to stay in a motel for two nights ( with a dog) till they could schedule a time to figure out what the first tech did wrong. Their mistake cost us $500 . Hey, I got them to throw in an older thermostat (since the working nest we had also stopped working) which the boss said was worth $250 (highly overpriced it). Such a terrible experience. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE THEY CAME. Of course they never did apologize or offer any other compensation FOR THEIR MISTAKE!

After checking, it was confirmed that freon was not the issue and that the only necessary service was flushing the drain line. However, the technician pressured my partner into unnecessary upsells, making it seem urgent to replace a compressor circuit and capacitor that were not needed. For what should have been a simple drain line flush, I was charged nearly $715 ($185 flush fee, $80 trip fee, almost $430 for unnecessary parts and 30 min labor, plus a $20 transaction fee). My AC is a 2019 unit with yearly maintenance and no compressor issues. When I called the owner, instead of taking responsibility, he tried to justify the charges with a dismissive restaurant analogy. This is unacceptable and feels predatory, especially when they take advantage of WOMEN and low- to mid-income families. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

She promised the tech will be at my place then next appointment I set up. The next appointment, I called after one hour of scheduled time. Second excuse, tech is late and then the truck broke down. Finally third appointment, tech didn't show again. At this point, I just gave up. Didn't need another excuse. We called for service several times, the tech came out, reset something and charged $69.95 for routine service, on 3 different times. (unit under warranty) Finally, I called another company, they found the thermostat to be defective and replaced it with a Honeywell brand. The annoying problem was solved! When we moved from Deltona to DeLand and we kept his info and have called on him several times when our unit has had trouble. He has been able to fix things that have went wrong with honest pricing and he never charges an after hours fee.
