I placed an order for a Christmas center peace that was going to cost me $98 or 95 can't recall the exact amount. I was going to pick up on the 23rd. I'm not exactly sure what happened but they apologized and canceled my order. Although, I placed it on time so I could secure my order. My sister-in-law unfortunately lost her battle with cancer and I wanted to send two orders of flowers, one from each side of our family to her parents. I googled florists in Moreno Valley and Aleea Flowers was the first hit and fortunately down the street from them. The website was easy to navigate and I found that there were many options within my budget. When I had two arrangements in my cart, I was only given one card prompt so I removed one of the arrangements and made two separate orders. I am not sure if I had continued with the first card prompt the second would have populated but I wanted to write different messages for each of the unique arrangements. On the day of delivery, I received a text message informing me that the vase originally assigned to one of the arrangements was out of stock and was given the option of 'upgrading' for free to a clear vase. I was very thankful to the attentiveness of the florist for gaining my consent before making a change to the bouquet. I also received videos of the arrangements before they were delivered and I was wow-ed by them. I was looking for some flowers for my wife's birthday. On my way home about 3 PM on a Friday afternoon. My first stop was Perris flowers. What a mistake. I walked in the floor, you can barely get around trash spewed everywhere. Kids toys on the ground. A child was running around screaming. The lady, I guess putting a bouquet together, was too busy. Finally, the gentleman finished with a customer asked if I need anything. I told him I was looking for something spring colors, bright for my wife's birthday. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Came in today (04/14/22) to see if they have an prom corsage available for today (which I figured they wouldn't because it's last minute) and they didn't which was fine but my mom stopped to look at some shoes they were selling and they lady refused to help her out. They did not want our business at all. My mom and aunt asked her for help finding a size and she told them "you just have to find them on the wall" instead of trying to assist them in their possible purchase. This young lady should not be working in customer service and obviously doesn't not need nor want people's business. ** No the problem wasn't not getting a corsage because I stated that I figured we wouldn't because it was last minute and we knew we were going to multiple store to see if we would get lucky enough and find one. The flowers I got here for my wife were very nicely arranged almost exactly as seen on their website. I called in for an arrangement and was able to pick it up within an hour! During my phone call the owner answered any of my questions and made sure to relay to me anything that would change or be different in the arrangement, I liked that. I found this place on yelp, I went in there because it had good reviews. I went in on Friday to place an order to pick up the next day, everything went fine. I go in the next day to pick up the flower arrangement, and it's not ready. They some how thought I was picking up Sunday, but the receipt clear shows the date for Saturday. I didn't make a big deal. They told me that it was going to take about 10min to get it done, I agreed to leave and come back to pick up. When I went back I was kind of in a hurry so I took. When I get home I start checking it, and the flowers they used are all kind of dying. The arrangement was not worth the money i paid. Definitely not going back. read more

My husband ordered the "premium" upgrade on a bouquet of flowers for me for Valentines Day and after I saw how much he paid for the bouquet that I received I called the shop immediately and asked if maybe the order got mixed up. The person on the other end of the phone kept cutting me off, the person that made the arrangement didn't pay attention to the premium part, and then I was told they were coming back to get the flowers and refund our money. I ordered flowers From a florist in Upland California. The flowers were to be delivered to Calimesa, California a residence. The Tele flora system contacted this florist , Aleea Flowers. I tried contacting Aleea flowers at 9:15 in the morning to have a card sent with the arrangement and I got no answer. I called several times between 10 and 2 o'clock no answer. As of 215 230 the recipients still had not received the flowers, so I drove down there to Aleea flowers. They were closed with a little sign saying they're out to lunch until 3 o'clock. I immediately got a bad feeling when I seen that this floral shop sold shoes in the front its store. At 2:35I received a text saying that the floral floral arrangement had been delivered. I requested a picture from my friend showing me the flowers that were delivered. It was no way close to what I had ordered from their website. Huge disappointment! It was so bad that I can't I contacted the original florist to have the flowers picked up and credited to my account. My account was credited and Aleea flowers refused to go pick up the flowers, which shows you how bad they actually were. I highly recommend that you do not use this florist. Beware of this florist. The flower arrangement I ordered was $110 and the one that I saw I wouldn't have paid $10 for it.They never answered the phone which tells me poor customer service!! total disappointment!! read more
