As I write my first review for 2026, what better way than to kick off the new year than to get a…read morecar wash. This takes me none other to "Quick Quack Car Wash". Located directly on Madison Ave (and just east of I-80), this Quick Quack is situated in between two major fast food restaurants, "Chick-Fil-A" and "In-N-Out Burger". Having been opened since mid-2020, this location is actually only a mile from one of their sister locations which is at the corner of Madison Ave/Hillsdale Blvd (just west of I-80). I live within 10 minutes of four different Quick Quack locations, this one is the closest to my home. The one major issue I have with this particular spot is that it gets insanely crowded. Not so much the car wash itself but being tucked in between two insanely popular eateries can cause quite a bit of chaos with drivers and pedestrians that are in the area. However, if you can get past the craziness, this location is convenient for those that wish to get their car wash right off of a major freeway exit. As for the layout, everything is designed fairly well as there are two lanes to enter when getting your vehicle washed, one for members and the other for new customers/members. There are different levels of washes and depending on which membership/service you pay for, you get upgrades including tire shine, upgraded soaps, undercarriage treatments, and much more. Every customer receives a dash wipe (upon request) and there are a ton of air fresheners and other car-related accessories that are available for purchase. Over the few dozen times I have been here, I have not had any issues with the washes as they have not left any residue or scratches to my vehicle. As for the vacuum station, this is one area that could see a little bit of improvement. On any given day, the stalls can fill up quickly as many customers can spend upwards to 30 minutes drying, detailing, and vacuuming their car. I think a 10-minute time limit should be considered as I have spent time waiting awhile just to use the vacuums. Aside from the pros and minor cons, the Madison Ave. "Quick Quack Car Wash" is a decent a respectable location with friendly employees and above average service. My rating, four stars.

They cancelled my membership. I was told I still had till the end of the month to use it. Each time I tried to get my car washed to explain what happened. The machine would not give me a receipt. I spoke to the GM Masaille he yelled at me & said I asked to cancel my membership so they canceled it. I tried to explain to him but he was not having it. He offered to restart my membership if I wanted a wash. I told him that I wanted the name of the owner so they will know how his GM is treating customers. Masaille said I don't need to involve the owner & would not give me any information on who i can bring this matter to. Will not be returning here again.
