Aside from needing $4,000 in electrical work, they found a clogged overflowing condenser pan, missing weather strips, damaged doors, leaking water damaged windows, and more. We called several contractors and were quoted over $25,000 for repairs. Seller was unwilling to offer more than $5,000 in credits so we cancelled escrow.
