Here is what happens every single visit: staff confirms my available credits at check-in, I receive my service, and at checkout I am told they do not know how to apply the credits. The manager is messaged and I leave without a resolution, every time. I have reached out following multiple visits and have not received a single response. This is not a one-time miscommunication. This is a repeated pattern of collecting monthly membership fees while consistently failing to honor what those fees cover.
