I completely understand that this was a free promotional service, but that doesn't mean a customer's time has no value. If a business chooses to offer complimentary services for training, they should honor confirmed appointments or at the very least handle cancellations professionally and with empathy. Simply dismissing the situation because "it was free anyway" is not good customer service. The issue was never that the service was free it was that a confirmed appointment was canceled after I had planned my day around it, and the situation was handled poorly. If the business wasn't prepared to honor these appointments, they shouldn't have offered them in the first place.

Come to find out that they had signed my mom up for a membership without her consent (she knew nothing about it) and could not provide a signed contract. To make matters worse they used my credit card without my knowledge or consent. Hence, the double billing. They provided no restitution or remorse for over $1200 in charges. The only refund I received was for one month from my bank. We will be looking for another spa and recommend anyone reading this review to do the same.
