My nail tech, Angela, was friendly and nice to talk to, but the entire appointment was spent listening to stories about her personal life, which felt very unprofessional. She was also very convincing when talking about how this salon takes extra time to make sure every client leaves happy with perfect nails. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I ended up canceling my pedicure because my acrylic fill alone took almost THREE HOURS. Throughout the service, my fingers were constantly being pulled and twisted around, leaving them sore afterward. Even worse, she repeatedly filed into my skin, causing multiple cuts that actually bled. When I pointed it out, she said she was going to clean them with alcohol so they wouldn't be swollen or red the next day. The alcohol burned terribly on the open cuts. The finished nails look awful. My cuticles weren't even cleaned up, there is acrylic all around them, and the overall work honestly looks like it was done by a beginner. It certainly does not look professional. At checkout, I mentioned the cuts and bleeding and had to ASK for a discount. They only took $8 off the service and then asked if I was okay. I still left a tip because Angela was kind, but kindness doesn't make up for poor workmanship. I later called and spoke with the owner, hoping they would take responsibility. Instead, I was told to come back and they would take care of my next visit. Come back? After leaving with bleeding fingers and a terrible set of nails? Absolutely not. I don't have anything personal against Angela, but based on the quality of work I received, I genuinely do not believe nails are her profession. No customer deserves to be promised perfect work and then leave with cuts, pain, and nails that look unfinished. Save your money. Wait for a reputable nail salon. This place is not worth it.

Weird that it's $48 more for gel imo. I got there about 9:30, and I left around noon. My cuticles look awful. My left hand started bleeding this morning. The manager, Lynn, is dismissive, interruptive, and rude. I called ahead and asked if they had time for a walk in. Answer was immediately yes. I got there, walked inside, and was asked to wait 10 minutes. I did call ahead for this reason as I didn't have a lot of time.. fine, I waited. They asked me what I had on my nails and I said regular gel polish. They started using the e-file on me and when I asked if it was a sanding band on it (because that's ALL you can use on natural nails), they smiled and didn't say anything. I repeated myself, again, smiled, made a sound (??), and continued. I said hello?? And pulled my hand back. They called out to another person (salon manager) who came over and I asked them "is that a carbide bit they're using on my natural nails or is that a sanding bit?" They spoke in their language for a sec and then she sat down and told me she'd be continuing the service. Red flag. I asked, "do you normally let your technicians practice unsafe nail services?" She continued to dismiss me by patting my hand and telling me she just wants a "quiet, happy service today". WHAT THE FUCK. I'm sure you could see the steam coming out of my ears. Excuse me? I then requested to see the first nail techs license, because when I looked for it, it's not displayed. It is required to be displayed at the very desk you're working at in a salon. So of course, she says she "sent the person out to go get it from their car". I said "car??? Why is it not in here being displayed?" She dismisses me, again. About 10 minutes went by and I requested again, "I'd like to see that persons license before I leave here as they worked on and destroyed my natural nail bed on my right hand". She said (I audibly laughed at this one) "I think they left to go but lotto tickets. Yeah, they play the lottery." So you're telling me that your nail technician fled the building because they provided an illegal service, ruined my nails, and is getting caught red-handed. Got it. She then had the audacity to ask me "how long have you been doing nails?" I said excuse me? She said because she's been doing nails for 20 years and she has more knowledge than me. Any person with a brain and google can confirm in 5 seconds that she was blatantly lying to me. I clearly have more knowledge than her if she's trying to tell me that a CARBIDE BIT is ok to use on natural nails. HELLLLLL NOOOOO!!!!!! I told her, "so this service is free right because you provided me with an illegal service?" She responded yes she's taking care of it. I washed my hands and got the f out of there. DO NOT GO HERE.
