Several months have passed and I was wondering why I haven't gotten a call so I went in there today . Amber had told me that I would not be able to get my items back without the receipt and I had since moved to Cali so I never had Them. So I never went in . I finally got them only to find out I could have gotten them sooner with just my license . Also I was charged 80.00 for items that were broken , no fault of my own but more factory problem. The Clasp was broken on one , and another the string just broke one day on the beaded bracelet . What a joke !! How can you charge on something that costs over 450.00 That is not your fault . Everything is so clean and beautiful. This was my first purchase and more to come because I did LOVE IT! I purchased so champagne glasses for a friend and I wanted to get them engraved. However I didn't have the option online. The service at the store it self was good. Everyone was nice they were a little all over the place. I would say maybe ask the customer exactly what we're picking up so you have a better idea of where to look. They just asked for my ID I was going to show the order but they just took off with my idea later I let them know and had a better idea of where to look. However they were so sweet with my daughter. (I have to point out that my daughter is not an ordinary seven-year-old. She actually knows how to behave) my daughter asked me for the ribbon they used for the gift if she can keep it I said no because it's a gift. The sales agent said it's OK. I can give you a ribbon and got a ribbon and put it in a small Tiffany bag which made my daughter super excited that she had a tiny Tiffany bag. The staff will take the credit card and process it over the phone. If you have purchased with Tiffany's prior this helps the speed of an order taken over the phone. They confirm your identity with a text the store will send to your phone . Know that the company is just trying to protect your identity happiness. When you arrive at the store, "Don't wait in line!" Tell the clerk at the window that you are either here for an appointment or store pick up. You will be next, no waiting! When picking your purchase up they will unwrap it make sure it's what your heart sings for; then re bagged your on your way. Skipping along your engraving services will have to be on hold for now. Due to COVID this location does not engrave at the moment in store. Make sure and when ever your Tiffany's needs a shiny new radiant glow stop in and have it cleaned. As a person with anxiety, I get nervous entering stores and asking for assistance, especially when I am unsure of what I wanted. However, Brianna was so  sweet and attentive. She was extremely patient with me as I spent over 2 hours going back and forth between three different necklaces. Was at Tiffany's the other day at Fashion Show mall. Was super excited going in wanting to buy a jewellery piece I've been eyeing for a while. I got greeted by David who seemed unhappy to help me. He spoke to me uninterested and sounded monotone and his first question to me was "are you looking for anything under 300 dollars?" From this simple question, I immediately felt like I was judged from the start and just wanted to get out of that store. I ended up buying something for myself despite feeling uncomfortable. Tiffany & Co just sounds intimating but so desirable. When in Vegas..you splurge! Tiffany NEVER has sales. But I personally think the prices are decent as is! Especially for the quality and service...they've got me hooked! I highly recommend trying on anything that interests you- things may look prettier in the glass cases, but might not be your style. I left here with 3 items: -Atlas collection barrel necklace ($175) // Simple! I love the size of it- perfect for everyday throw-on! There is a rose gold edition, but much pricier. (BUT BEAUTIFUL, NONETHELESS!) -Atlas collection hoop earrings ($350) // Classy and simple. Perfect for every day wear! -Infinity collection sunglasses ($390) // Been out for only 2 weeks! First of all, most of the staff within that shop or fashion show mall appears to be friendly and I believe her name was Sarah who is really nice to me as a customer. I have purchased a fair amount of products from Tiffany and Co, And I needed a question asked about cleaning service for the products I purchased because they were tarnished rather quickly. A Mail manager who is carrying around an iPad tried to, make an attempt, Hinder and abstract my transaction with this fabulous sales woman telling her that there was other people more important ahead of me. Professionally she explain to him that this would only take a second and I totally appreciate the sales woman's courtesy. The gentleman with the iPad did not like her comment or it appeared my presence in front of her apparently wasting her time, so he started just to walk away. There are many products of Tiffany and Co. that my wife and I enjoy, I hope this discourtesy from this manager does not tamper with the thought of making for a future purchase in this store. I usually go to the Bellagio Tiffany & Co at the Bellagio hotel casino, or at Caesars Palace being I am a local since the 70s. I have provided examples of cute storage containers of Tiffany products from the past. Even though they are stored in the Tiffany provided storage pouches, the products I purchased tarnish rather quickly. Tiffany's offer complementary jewelry cleaning with about three day turnaround. The manager with the iPad made an attempt to shoot me away because there was possibly others making purchases. Instead of walking us over to the case he just pointed to the back of the store and said, "They're over there." I already knew how this visit was going to go by him NOT walking us over and by him not even asking anything further. But I proceeded because my daughter wanted a look at what they had. We walk over to the case which has an extremely limited inventory for THE TIFFANY BRACELETS AND CHARMS SHE ALREADY HAS. I mean, I should not have held a MALL LOCATION Tiffany and Co up to a high standard as I would like the Tiffany & Co at The Crystals where we typically shop. At the case, I ask him as he finally made his way behind the counter, "Is this all the charms you have?" and he says WORD FOR WORD, "WE HAVE MUCH MORE BUT IT'S KEPT BELOW BECAUSE THE CASE HAS LIMITED SPACE." That's it. Instead of bringing out the charms that aren't displayed TO BE OF SERVICE or asking if we had something in mind TO BE OF SERVICE or instead of bringing up bracelet charms on the good for nothing tablet he carried around, again - TO BE OF SERVICE, that was it. It's all he said and just stood there. So I said aloud to him, "WELL I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO RECALL BY MEMORY WHAT YOU HAVE SINCE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BRING OUT THE CHARMS ARE BELOW." I love coming to this convenient location to get the bling cleaned and always get wonderful friendly service even from the security guard, John-but he just recently went to Crystals (mall next to Aria)...let's just say the service at the Crystal's Tiffany & Co. from one dumb blonde "service" person was unprofessional so if you are at Tiffany & Co. and you see the dumb blonde...run! Other salespeople there were great. This store gets very busy but they go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. With a newborn and an infant it took me about a month to get down to the Tiffany store to have them repair it and when I took it in the told me it would cost $65 to repair it. I have A lot of Tiffany jewelry and I have never had an issue with them breaking but for an item I had for two weeks to just fall off!?! Love that this store is conveniently located at the mall. The selection of jewelry is limited compared to the other stores they have on the Strip, but I was happy with the pieces they sold here. Sales staff was friendly, never pushy and did not hover over us while I jumped from case to case trying to make up my mind. They were helpful and let me try on different pendants and chains before I decided on what I wanted. It just so happened though the jewelry piece I picked out just came in and was a brand new design and wasn't listed in the books yet so it took a few minutes to find out. The only thing we we're not too comfortable with was when they go to ring the sale, your card is taken to another room out of your sight for a few minutes. I can also buy her a good pair of socks for running since she loves to run. What the heck, I'll take a gamble and get her something here instead. I walked in and knew what I wanted to buy her. I headed towards the first employee that I made eye contact with and told her exactly what I was looking for. The sales person that assisted me was Ashley. She assisted me for over 45 minutes until I found the right piece of jewelry. She brought out every piece of jewelry that fit what I was looking for, allowed me to inspect every single one, and even modeled it. I ended up purchasing the first piece of jewelry that Ashley showed me. Ashley was awesome and very patient with me. I highly recommend her. I have been to this Tiffany & Co. a few times over the years and have always left raving about the customer service. Was in the Fashion Show mall shopping around and decided to stop at Tiffany's because I have the "Tiffany T" ring my boyfriend had bought me from the Caesars location, that keeps tarnishing super bad on one side. I keep trying to clean it myself with the silver cloth cleaner they had given me, but it keeps tarnishing even when I wear it all the time. Which is super weird to me because my other Tiffany's jewelry doesn't do that. So I decided to go in the store to get it cleaned and ask why it's doing that. The lady that assisted me was kind and was stumped herself on why it was tarnishing like that. She apologized and offered the deep cleaning free of charge and asked me to come back after 3 days to pick it up. Because the deep cleaning takes longer. I go after the date she told me to, which was after November 5, 2018. I went on the 6th to pick up. A sales lady asks if she can help me, I tell her I need to pick up my ring. She asks for my ticket and I give it to her, she confirms my name that is clearly written at the top of the ticket I had handed to her. She tells me she'll be right back than goes to the back. The sales lady comes back with a Tiffany pouch and takes out my ring. I'm looking at it and it feels weird off the bat. Not smooth, and looked and felt like a fake ring that someone poured silver or dipped it into silver paint on it. I told the sales lady..it doesn't look right! Why is it look like that and why does it feel like that. And that there was tarnish spots still. She said she will take it back to the operations person to ask about it. She comes back 5/6 mins later and now it's all smoothed but still not cleaned as good as I've seen things get cleaned at a Tiffany's. She then continues to give me this paper to put my ring in that she says they use to keep the jewelry from tarnishing. I said but I wear it everyday and it still tarnishes and more on one side. She then asks me which side...(both sides are the same, how would I be able to tell her?! Really lady?!!! SMH) She couldn't explain why it was happening, I can tell...because she keeps saying "uh" in front of everything. "Uh, it could be your lotion" I don't put lotion on my hands because I wash my hands to much. So she continues to lie and make up why it could happen. Her vibe and not being knowledgeable was the worst. Then I looked at my ring and still...it was not polished or cleaned very well. I had to go back to work, since I had gone on my lunch break to pick up my ring. So I did not have time to continue with her. I let her put the ring in the paper and in the pouch and went back to work. Now I'm home and take my ring out of all the wrappings and notice there's scratches on it that were not there when I dropped it off. And the inside of the "t's" is all discolored and kinda tarnished. This honestly was a waste of time to even go to this location, because the ring I feel was not done correctly and has come back worse with all the scratches! Also the 2nd sales lady was just horrible and gave horrible service. She should read up more on the jewelry before getting back in the sales floor! I'm sure I'm not the only one with questions. The ONLY reason I'm giving this location 2 stars instead of 1, is because the first sales lady when I dropped off my ring was very sincere and apologetic when she didn't need to be. When I came into the store I wasn't greeted and I walked around several times to find someone who was working there. (It is sometimes difficult to differentiate who is an employee and who is not.). Finally took the chance and asked a lady who was looking down into a case if she was an employee. She looked up at me and she gave me a face that told me that she did not want to help me. I asked if I could see the infinity collection jewelry only to find out that that is the collection she was standing next to. She walked around to the other side of the case and showed me the piece I was interested in. She barely spoke to me and kept looking around as if she wanted to help someone else. I finally told her that I wanted to purchase it and exchange it for another piece that my sister got me for Christmas. At this, you could tell that she was upset! She immediately said that I couldn't do the exchange without even looking at the piece I wanted to exchange! Also, The new piece I wanted to buy was more expensive. I asked her why and she said because I have already worn it. I know Tiffany's return policy, we are long time collectors and I had just gotten the piece. She finally looked at it and still said she could not do the exchange. She then immediately put the other piece away and told me that I could later pair the piece I had with the other one once I can afford to purchase it. I felt that she was condescending and she made me feel like I was in that scene in Pretty Woman where the sales people were mean to Julia Roberts! Lol My sister and I are long time collectors of the silver jewelry, we can't afford the gold/diamond jewelry. Maybe one day! But, that does not mean we should be treated rudely! I contacted the customer service line and reported her. I went to the Forum Shops location and they were extremely helpful and wonderful! They helped me to do my exchange in under 15mins. I will never go back to the Fashion Show mall location again. All future purchases will be done at the Forum Shops! read more

I'm making a complaint because I brought in my bracelet and they said their machine was going to be broken for two weeks! The second time they didn't even want to clean my classic bracelet Because how incompetent the lady was who doesn't know a vintage piece. Even their lazy ass manager didn't even come out of their room! She compared my vintage bracelet to the new one and said it's not ours! You judged me because I had tattoos, not knowing I'm in the medical field! Policy regardless even you can't verify the piece you still have to clean it. You embarrassed me in front of people pulling out a brand new piece from 2019! I will never buy from your location because you treated a customer like crap! Received a Tiffany necklace for Christmas that I wanted to return to get the matching Gucci necklace to my bracelet. Walked in to Tiffany and the store was not crowded but everyone was assisting a customer. I asked the guy at front the process to get waited on and he said I have 1 couple I front of us. While waiting several couples came in and were waited on. I went back to the guy at the door and he was gone. I asked the new guy at the door and he said he would find someone to assist us. While returning the item several associates offered assistance. Really. I would think they would have better customer service. I will order on line if I want Tiffiney jewelry. read more
