I ended up with some bad Christmas wrapping paper and needed to get some on the fly. I stopped in here 30 minutes before closing, on December 16. Every employee, I interacted with was extremely kind and caring and assisted me to wear all of the holiday wrapping would be. All of my items were very neatly wrapped and bagged. I did not feel any urgency to leave the store even though they were closing soon. I walked around the store until about two minutes to closing and remembered how much I loved the Hallmark store so many cute finds. Yes it is a bit expensive but I do enjoy their wrapping paper and gift bags. Again, I'm not sure why the store is listed as closed. Hopefully yelp can update that.

although it's rare in this day and age of e-cards and the like, i still enjoy giving people…read morehandwritten cards with personal sentiments that they can hold in their hands. hallmark has been the gold standard for me for as long as i can remember. this particular hallmark store is one of my favorites. the employees that work here are always so friendly and super helpful. i remember i was looking for a particular book for my nieces and nephew last christmas but i couldn't remember the name of it. it was part of a christmas series that came out every year and i had purchased them every year since the first year it came out. it took the entire staff to figure out and locate the book for me but they did it! i was so impressed with their diligence and desire to help me. i'm sure it's easier and probably cheaper to go to a store like target, walmart, etc. but i prefer the personalized service and genuine helpfulness at this hallmark store.

She clearly had a completely different attitude towards me as a shopper as opposed to those shoppers in the store of her own ethnicity. Had a horrible attitude from the very beginning towards me while I was shopping. At the end of my trip there was a misunderstanding on a free item coupon I had and had the nastiest snide remarks with everything I had to say and when I asked for a manager she brought another employee who I would assume was the MOD who was professional and pleasant and talked to me as a normal human with respect. I stayed professional and kind towards both the manager and the older employee but was completely discouraged as a customer from ever coming to this location ever again. Hallmark should not have an employee who is prejudice towards a certain race employed. I visited this location on 10/25 in the late afternoon it was the older woman and a younger employee (manager) there at this time.
