I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! LOL, I hope Yelp doesn't flag me for obscenities for this, but it's just there are times when you can hardly get more than 4 words out of them. The condescending tone behind "We don't have that" or "Do you see it?" (as in on the shelf) can be quite maddening. Then there are those rare times when they are helpful and my recent visit was just that. I had two 5 gallon bottles of oil to recycle from a recent DIY oil change and that was easy breezy. I was told to just leave it on a cart by the door instead of having to dump it myself. I hate dumping oil into the giant container in the back so anytime I don't have to,.... I should knock off a star for the fact that the parking lot is a trip and fall hazard from all the leftover parts left behind and oil and various fluids leaked in the parking lot but that's not Autozone's fault, if only those that patronize could read that they are not to make repairs in the lot!

They showed me three installation problems with my windows and fixed the one they could. (The others were missing screws.). They positioned themselves safely while cleaning.
