I wouldnt recommend his services and would advise anyone considering him to do anything other than roofing to choose a different company. Jermaine should stick to roofing maintenance and not interior work. I hired him to do interior cosmetic work for my new home and the estimated completion date was scheduled for January 31st, however, he failed to complete the job at that time. There was a 28 day delay. On today, I asked him to leave my home and not return. If only I could share images of the blinds that were installed in my home that were damaged and then thrown outside in my backyard by him/his team, he made several attempts to finish my floors but could not perform, there are nails exposed sticking outward from the hardwood floors he installed, and he had a dog in my home while he was on the job and never asked for my permission. I didn't think that I should pay full price because of the quality of work and inconvenience due to the long delay however he feels he deserves full payment and he's choosing not to compensate us for anything. I will pay what is owed to him but I will make it known that I am not a happy customer. Never again!

A few days before the job was to start, Derek told us he made a mistake on the cost of the cedar and the materials would now be double the original price. He also quoted us the job would take one day plus a second day to add cement footers. For some reason the two days turned into five and we were also charged more for labor than quoted. The whole project was more than double the quote. Very disappointed in this contractor.
