They've got a mobile application which is really nice to use. Also, they actually send you a check for when you car depreciates because of an accident. I called yesterday seeing if I could dispute the outcome, and I was told no. I could only dispute if my claims were put in by error. There was no fraud on my side. My vehicle had been hit is traffic twice commuting to and from work. The third and oldest claim was never assigned fault due to it being my word against the other driver's word. I realize it is all business and that no private company owes me anything, but it still felt horrible enough that makes me never want to do business with progressive ever again if this is how they treat lifelong customers. I first spoke with John who told me that he did not know how to process such a change and would get back to me. This type of request took less than a 5 minute phone call when I moved to FL. I waited over two hours and never heard back from John. When I called back to ask him about an update he was short with me, rude and said there is no one available to help me. I asked to be transferred and reached Charlene who provided fantastic service. Less than 10 minutes later my auto policy is transferred and I have the documents I need for the county tag office. John should work to improve his customer service skills and seek out better training for his expected role. 5 stars for Charlene, 0 For John.
