They worked several hours to remove the tree down to a stump. When finished, my yard was cleared of all tree debris and left with a look of a job well done. When I could afford the stump removal, Rudy worked with me to clear away the stump(at a reasonable price) and cleaned up in order to have the opening closed and the surrounding areas cleaned. If I'm being honest, I had to brace myself in writing this review in preparation that if word gets out too fast he might have less availability when we need him! All that said, to get to the important stuff, Efren was responsive, reliable, prompt, reasonable and most importantly did an excellent job. He helped us remove a MASSIVE limb that was broken and dangling on other branches 20 feet in the air, fix up our front yard and remove the assortment of strange plants and reeds without losing any of the ivy we wanted to maintain, and also removal of a couple of stumps and crazy vines and such. As the partner of an employee who recently worked with this company, I feel compelled to speak up…read moreabout the unacceptable treatment my partner received from Joe Ochs the new owner. My partner is a hardworking minority man who showed up and gave his full effort--working long hours in 98-degree heat to fulfill the job requirements as agreed upon. Not only was he underpaid for the labor he completed, but he was also told that his payment would be delayed until the following week, despite being clearly informed that he would be paid on Friday. That was the agreement, and for a working man with a family to support, that delay and lack of respect is more than just an inconvenience--it's disheartening and unjust. To treat any worker this way--especially someone who honored their end of the deal in extreme conditions--is unprofessional and exploitative. People deserve fair pay for fair work, and no one should be left waiting or wondering if they'll be compensated properly, especially after enduring such conditions. This experience reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability that no company should tolerate. I sincerely hope that leadership and other partners considering working with this company take a hard look at how workers, especially minority employees, are being treated--because this is not just about money, it's about fairness, dignity, and basic human decency.
