Made a call to AAA and specifically asked for a flatbed to tow one of our cars. They dispatched…read morethese folks. Estimated arrival time for a flat bed was 1 hour. The Mister informed the driver the car had transmission problems. What does the driver do? Instead of using the chains to load the car onto the bed he drives it, or should I say guns it onto the bed and Revved it. The mister told him to be careful. Too late he scratched our tip of our high end after market exhaust. Once we got to the destination he scratched our exhaust AGAIN while unloading it. The driver failed to take the extra time and put wood under our back end to prevent this from happening. The mister asked him to please take his time while unloading. Unfortunately that never happened and our car is now damaged. All the driver could say was "sorry". I feel tow truck drivers need more training while transporting any type of custom car, lowered car, modified car, ect and need to take more pride when touching anybody's car. Take notice and apply preventable measures. Just saying I am sorry is not good enough for me. Drivers need to be accountable. We will be contacting AAA to see what can be done about this situation. I personally do not recommend this company. Not happy.

This is not a MOBILE TIRE SERVICE. It's a dude who comes to your house and then calls his boss on the cell. There is nothing MOBILE about this. Just call Triple A and tow your car to a reputable tire place.

The repair to the bumper and lights were fine, but whatever they did to my tire has been progressively problematic. A few minutes after driving out of the lot, my tire light came on. I didn't know then that this would be the first in multiple times of contacting and returning to Craftsmen get it checked, having to keep my car there (so needing to get a rental) each time, and having it returned with them saying the issue had been resolved. I ended up having to get the car checked three times, and every time I'd get the car back, the tire light would reappear within my commute. Finally, I got fed up -- and they must have too because they ultimately said the issue wasn't their responsibility. The girl literally told me to go to my "usual body shop or mechanic" to get it checked out. That's when it made sense: my insurance had already paid them out, and I already paid my portion, so they didn't need to offer any additional service to me. I wasn't worth the time or the headache. I understand that Craftsmen is referred by several insurance companies, but if you have other options, you'd probably be better off elsewhere. Obviously, I hope I don't have to get my car fixed again, but if I do, I wouldn't go back. Pretty disappointed by the quality of work and the service.

That's a signal that they are not serious about customer service they even said that my 2017 Subaru STI is old and will not be able to repair it! I could not believe what they said. I lastly called and visited Cerritos Auto Body, Jessica answered the call and told me to come over. Marcos welcomed me in and ran through the damage on my vehicle. He stated we will repair the damage for you without hesitation and marked all the damage with his trusty pink marker. I was so glad he took the opportunity to do the repair. He submitted to my insurance agency a supplemental quote to repair the damage. Lo and behold my car came out good as new! Before painting occurred, He even followed up on me to check the bumper fits snugly. On top of that they adjusted the fitting exactly to the size of my front mount intercooler!
