Bought 4 decent used tires from them, they were a little pricey but I needed them asap. If you're looking for used tires shop around before going to them. I don't even write reviews that often but what got me pissed is I noticed once I drove away and got to where I was going I was missing lug nut covers on one of my tires and my low pressure sensor came on. I drove back 20 minutes with hopes they have my covers only to be told they don't & that I came in with them that way smh, one thing I don't like to be called is a liar I watched the guy pop off all the lug covers and now you tell me one didn't have covers. If they were so cheap to replace I would make a big deal of with the manager. All I can say is buyer beware at this point. Ooh! My husband and I have been here twice now, in August and November. We used to come to the previous tire shop but noticed that the name changed. The shop is located on the southeast corner of Arrow Route and Grove Ave. You'll see a sign on the building that says "AutoGROVE". Since we're on the road so much, we're bound to get nails or screws stuck in our tires, but the damage doesn't warrant an actual tire replacement. We've had 3 tires repairs thus far from all 3 of our cars. We've never had to call for an appointment and just drive up. They instruct you on where they want you to park and the repair itself is fairly quick and reasonably priced. My husband always leaves them a nice tip. This is definitely our go to shop. read more

I stopped by so they could check my spear tire since it didn't have air. They didn't even check it. Right away they told me they will sell me a used tire for $70 to use as a spear. I told them, well let me check it out first, they brought two tires that were all bad.. not sure why they would even sell those really used bad tires but anyway, I told them I'll pass. This is the worst shop the worst service i have ever had he took advantage of the situation because I was a woman i took my car here to get brakes new tires and alignment days after taking my car home, the brakes started squeaking took the car back.He had me drop off my car at 8am in the morning.He kept the car till after 730pm to tell me there was nothing wrong with the brakes took the car home.The brakes were still squeaking a month After buying the tires, the tire had a ball in i took the car back to him he was giving me the running around didn't wanna change the tire that he had to call his boss he ended up changing a rotor without even calling me and letting me know after taking the car home the rotor was making a sound as well.I had to take my car to this shop 8 times .Very unprofessional never apologized for any inconvenience until I called him out on it.This was the worst service i've ever had. read more

The help are not educated enough to do the job right because I went there twice thinking it would be different but same crap same "great service buddy ." You would think that you wouldn't need to say hey ummm there's water in tires and after I said "there is water in the tires " but no they just kept going like it wasn't there problem but wouldn't a tire with water in them be a concern something the customer doesn't understand but they should because they do tires , and after all it's a tire shop. After I told him ,so customer care wasn't their policy just the revenue they are bringing "money." It's shameful that prices are going up and instead of understanding people are struggling they want to take advantage and make money a priority not safety and going that extra mile like hey you have water in your tire and that's not safe. it's a tire shop and all we do is tires however that's not the policy there so for the extra mile I for one will take my business elsewhere and that sucks because I want our money to stay in our community but places like theses make it difficult. My car will be parked for thinking I could trust the businesses who just have one concept like "tires" until I have money to redo what should have been done in the first place. All they do is sell tires , but I know money is tight and these tires place help save some money, but people pay the extra for your safety and your family safety. I am but If you go be careful and don't take things at face value. I am impressed my tire was leaking air and i had a screw in thr middle of my tire. I pulled in they were on it in minutes. Only charge $15 to fix it. I was out of there in 30 minutes. Seem like nice hardworking people. They did a professional job. Only improvement i see be nice if they had a torch wrench to torqe the lug bolts to specifications. Not a big deal. read more

This place is so convenient and affordable if you need service for new or used tires, or a simple quick fix. They are efficient and know their stuff. I've come in for a tire replacement on a budget and was able to get a used tire to get me by for another few months for just $40. I've also come in for 4 new tires for a little over $400 and never even got out of my car! That's right, they serviced my car within 30 minutes and I left with 4 brand new tires for a great price and never even stepped out of my vehicle! I just moved into the area and woke up to my low tire light in my car. I went to put air in my tire at a gas station and the air kept going right through the tire. I asked my co-worker where I should go to see if I had a puncture in my tire and she suggested this place. I went there after work and they checked all my tires for air and made sure the one problem tire did not have a puncture. It only took about 5-10 mins and he just sent me on my way, which I am so thankful for. I was nervous about price and not having my car because I needed new tires and he reassured me all was good! Honestly this place used to be my go to. I'm not sure if they have a new owner, but they're so rude and unprofessional now. I can understand the pressure of owning a business; but if you want to keep clientele being rude isn't the way to go about it. First, when I called to ask about a tire size the female that answered cut me off because she didn't know what I was talking about and needed to ask someone else.
